The cottage includes wifi and a 55" smart tv. There is a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The property is surrounded by large pine trees and lots of privacy. This property is located on Ox Lake which is private. The property has 16 acres. It is a short six block walk to Manhattan Beach Lodge for dining.

Our lake house is at the end of a quiet road, and offers modern one-level living with many amenities of home, such as a smart TV, air-fryer and laundry. Take out the canoe or kayak to explore the lake, or relax and listen to the loons sing.

Lake Cabin

My lake cabin is on a private lake with no public access (Please note, I do not have a boat landing for guests to bring their own boats due to the steep hill). It is near numerous snowmobile/ATV trails, many beautiful lakes, and the Chippewa National Forest. There is 250 feet of lakeshore and over 30 acres of hunting land across County Road 65. The cabin is on over 4 acres; plenty of room to relax. There is a boathouse, dock, two kayaks, a small boat & motor, a fire pit and gas grill.
