Authentic and romantic lodge originally built of timber and used for the first time back in 1850 as housing for as many as 10 persons. Situated between the sea and the forest and with the northern light as only light in the dark season this might be the perfect place to enjoy North of Norway. The perfect match for a couple, but will also function very well for up to four persons. It is renovated to a modern standard in 2018, with focus on maintaining the heart and soul of the old building.

Tromvik ligger ca. 45 minutters kjøretur fra Tromsø Lufthavn. Nærmeste butikk er Eide handel som er ca. 30 minutter før du kommer til Tromvik.

Do you want to stay in a beautiful remote place, while still connected to the city? Grøtfjord is located just a 40 min. drive from Tromsø. Close to some of the areas most amazing mountains, fjords, ski and climbing areas. a. Big appartment with 1 bedroom that holds a king size bed and one bunk bed. There is a fold out sleeping couch in the living room. All facilites, towels to firewood are included! A car is needed to get to grøtfjord. The hosts live in a different section of the house.

Elvesus

Du bor 5 min fra flyplassen, og likevel i naturen. Noen meter fra havet og en elv som renner ut i havet her. Rundt husene kan du oppdage mangel ulike dyr. Rein kommer ofte forbi. Elg kan komme en raskt tur innom. Ellers springer det oter og røyskatt rundt husene. I havet svømmer sel og en sjelden gang delfiner. Et ypperlig sted for å observere Nordlys - og er det vindstille speiler det seg i havet også. Tromsø sentrum- buss, ca 15 min. Sauna kan leies når du bor her- avtales senere .

Spectacular new build house (2018) in a lovely, quiet area with a beautiful view to the fjord/sea, mountains and forest in Kvaløya /Tromsø. This house looks like a little cathedral, and lies only a five minutes walk from the centre of Tromsø. Large windows in the front gives a magnificent view of the city, the sea and the Mountains. The house was finished in 2019. We have choosen exclusive materials and design furniture. You’ll see that it’s made by heart. Helga, the host, lives in the house next door, and is readily available. Cozy home outside Tromsø, Sommarøya.

Sommarøya is a small village 1 hour outside Tromsø. There is a bus twice a day on weekdays, during the weekend a bus runs Sunday evening. There is good parking for the rental car. In addition to listed rooms, the house has a room with a double sofa bed. This room is adjacent to one of the bedrooms. There are also a room with a singel bed. Animals are allowed at request. We have a small dog in our family. Internet fiber
