Mohammed was always in touch, quickly resolving any issues. Lovely place, ideal location and also you can relax without the hustle and noise. We enjoyed our stay very much and we hope to book with Mohammed again in the future. The appartment was clean and well equipped. It is very well equipped with tv and great internet. Delta Sharm Resort is about half way between Naama Bay and the Old Town, which makes it ideal. There is 11 swimming pools. The resort is tastefully designed with plenty of vegetation, including the ubiquitous palm trees. It is surprisingly quiet and benefits from the fact that many of the apartments are homes for their owners. This also means that many benefit from those extra touches, which make the whole place pleasing on the eye. There are numerous shops within the confines, including a small supermarket and a couple of reasonably-priced restaurants. There are gardeners constantly keeping the shrubs and trees in trim and the waste baskets appear to be emptied on a daily basis. The furniture was adequate and comfortable. Ornaments gave it a welcome Egyptian style. Every thing was as expected. Amaizing place for enjoying a great vacation.

Evgeni è una persona eccezionale, quando siamo arrivati ci ha portato in giro per farci vedere la zona, ed sempre stato super disponibile. Ci ha organizzato anche il trasferimento dall' areoporto, e la gita in giornata a Luxor. Мы обязательно вернёмся! 💚

Die Wohnung von Farah war wirklich sehr schön mit Terrasse und Zugang zum Pool! Es war alles vorhanden was man gebraucht hat. Ins Zentrum von El Gouna ist man mit einem Tuktuk innerhalb 5 min! Farah hat uns sehr geholfen und Tipps gegeben! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt .

Mohamed is a great host and gave us simple and quick check-in and check-out instructions. He provided options for us to book transportation, meals at his place and activities such as a balloon experience. He is very responsible and nice. His apartment met all our requirements. It is quite big and has a lot of light. We slept very well there. The apartment isn’t located in the city centre but it is close to the majority of the important temples on the west-side (check in Google Maps “Malkata House” as the apartment is located nearby). For us the location wasn’t a bit issue because anyway in Egypt you need to move with taxi (even if you are in the city centre there are many sites not in the city centre). Actually, I have to say the location was quite positive in the way that was quiet and peaceful, far from the noise of the city centre. I would fully recommend this apartment to have a pleasant stay in Luxor. If I come back to Luxor, Mohamed’s apartment will be definitely my option again

We had a wonderful stay! The host, Hamza, was very friendly and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The place itself was beautiful—clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The heated pool was a fantastic bonus, and the super fast WiFi made everything even better. We truly loved our time here and would definitely come back!

Der Aufenthalt bei Mohamed war sehr schön, die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, privater Strand direkt vor der Haustüre wunderschöne Aussicht, Sonnenuntergang und Aufgang direkt aus dem Fenster zu sehen. Mohamed war ein sehr freundlicher,netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, war immer erreichbar für alle Fragen und hat uns bei jeder Gelegenheit geholfen. Ich kann die Unterkunft jedem empfehlen es war perfekt!

Badawi promptly responded to my advance questions re: the best time to arrive, how I can go to his listing to check in, how he can show me where to go for shopping and food, how I can have my things sent to me, how my rental is private, how he will let the employees know not to bother me, and anything else I needed such as the wonderful free breakfast, WiFi, etc. When my plane landed, I texted Badawi as we discussed prior to my arrival, and he gave me clear directions on how to take the taxi to the ferry with the few things I had brought on the plane, then met me at the ferry dock, carried my things to his car, and chauffeured me the rest of the beautiful way to the rental. The place was better than expected. Rarely have I felt so at home!! He had a working refrigerator with some welcome fruit in it, showed me how to open the balcony doors for air or just sunshine, and then let me stay in peace unless I needed anything, at which time he responded very well and professionally.

Right from booking the apartment till leaving, Ahmed was helpful and polite. Together with his assistant,he made our stay very pleasant and comfortable. The View is a beautiful complex, the pool areas are so well maintained, the pools sparkling clean and all the staff (from security to maintenance men) are very friendly. We felt it was a very safe environment. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, etc within walking distance. Would have no hesitation in recommending staying at one of Ahmeds apartments.
