Only 5 minutes walk to the stunning lake and huge playground. Featuring 3 bedrooms including a king, queen and a bunk room, incorporating boho style, beach decor with area rugs, throw blankets, and soft pillows. The sofa in the lounge also pulls out into a comfortable queen. The house is fully Air Conditioned, with a games room.

Mattina Cabina - 5 Bedroom Lake House

Mattina Cabina is a centrally located, five bedroom home located in Sylvan Lake with room for up to 12 people. Only a short one-minute walk to Lakeshore Drive and the beach, this cozy home is great for family and friends. A spacious backyard with a firepit and swing-chairs, as well as a newly renovated interior, this place is sure to please! Fully furnished basement suite

Located in Oriole Park, nothing is too far away. Easy access to anything in Red Deer via the main roads with restaurants, stores, the highway and the college only minutes away. Parking along the front of the house is free and you are more than welcome to use the backyard. Two larger dogs live upstairs and use the backyard but do not go downstairs to the unit. The washer/dryer are free of charge and the kitchenette has everything except for a dishwasher.
