Villa Saimaan Joutsenlahti

Saimaan rannalla olevassa modernissa mökissa pääset viettämään lomaa hienoissa puitteissa. Mökin suurista ikkunoista on näkymä Saimaalle. Puulämmitteisessä saunassa on pehmeät löylyt ja iso maisemaikkuna. Saunan yhteydessä on iso terassialue oleskeluun ja ruuanlaittoon (grilli ja savustin). Hyvät mahdollisuudet kalastukseen, marjastukseen, pyöräilyyn, golfiin, hiihtämiseen jne. Ympärivuoden käytössä oleva ulkoporeallas, soutuvene, 2 SUP lautaa ja 2 kajakkia ovat vapaasti vuokralaisten käytössä.

The new, fully equipped villa is situated in a tranquil location on the shore of the clear and pristine Lake Kuolimo. It is the perfect place to escape from everyday life and enjoy nature. The main building is located on top of a hill, and almost every window offers beautiful lake views. Along the shoreline, there is also a separate sauna building. The villa is suited for families or small groups. Parties or other big catherings are not allowed. The stated number of guests must not be exceeded.

Villa Ruoholampi Charming 65 m² cottage located in Ruoholampi, Lappeenranta, close to the LUT campus. The cottage features a small private yard and beach. For an authentic Finnish sauna experience, enjoy the traditional lakeside wood-fired sauna with its gentle heat. The beach is shallow and child-friendly. The cabin accommodates up to 4 people. (In 2026, the lake water level is exceptionally low, as is the case elsewhere in Eastern Finland. So swimming may be difficult in shallow areas.)

Rock House, luonnon keskellä, järvinäkymin, Saimaa

Rockhouse on käsin lähipuista rakennettu. Maja on mukavuuksilla varustettu lämmin maja kalliolla luonnon ja metsän eläinten keskellä. Terassilta on näkymät noin 4 km päähän järvelle auringonlaskun suuntaan. Terassilla erilliset maisemasauna ja lasitettu tunnelmallinen grillikota. Mökki on täydellinen pariskunnalle ja oikein hyvät pienelle perheelle. Iso terassi talon ympäri. Osa terassista lasitettu. Oma kaivovesi on juomakelpoista.

Tunnelmallinen pieni talo pihasaunalla

Pieni ja tunnelmallinen koti sijaitsee Lappeenrannan kauneimmaksi valitulla kadulla, vain 900 m päässä keskustasta ja 600 m päässä rautatieasemasta. Omakotitalo tarjoaa rentouttavan ja helpon yöpymisen maksimissaan kolmelle hengelle. Alakerrasssa on 100 cm leveä sänky yhdelle ja parvella 160 cm leveä sänky kahdelle. One room apartmet. 1906 Built red brick warehouse building witch has been converted to 3 personnel apartments. Beside of Saimaan, around 600m to city center or Lappeenrannan harbour. Peaceful and green environment. Beach 500m but sun you can take at my green grass back yard at summer time. Big grocery store S-market (open 24/7) is another side of the street and fuel station 100m. We have car shelter and wifi for you.
