Messen) nur 20 Min. Die Allianz Arena ist ebenso leicht mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Für weitere Ausflüge empfehlen wir die größte Thermenwelt Europas in Erding, Freizeitpark Poing sowie die Erkundung vieler Badeseen. Ideally located to discover the historical center of Munich and the Nymphenburg Castle, this confortable roof terrasse appartment will allow you to discover the German "Gemütlichkeit" (cosiness) with a French touch (as we are a French/German Family). You will access this apartment through a lift and enjoy the view over the charming old historical buildings on one side of the appartement and over the modern Munich skyline on the terrasse side. You can also use our open fireplace and piano.

Cozy holiday apartment with a south-facing terrace, kitchen, living/bedroom with a fireplace, and a bathroom with a large shower and toilet. Located in a small settlement in a quiet side valley. The romantic Kieferbach stream and the picturesque Hechtsee lake are nearby; you can hike or bike into the surrounding mountains practically from the front door. Das Chalet ist ein behaglicher Platz für Paare und Familien und grenzt direkt an unserem alten Haus. Ausstattung: SW-Terrasse mit Gartenzugang, kleine Schlafkammer, großes Schlafzimmer, kleine Küche, holzverkleidetes Wohnzimmer vor Panoramafenster, mit separater runden Essecke ganz in Holz. Ruhige Wohnlage inmitten von Gärten. Nur wenige Gehminuten bis zum Kochelsee, der Schiffsanlegestelle, dem Franz Marc Museum. In direkter Nähe gibt es ein breites Freizeit- und Kulturangebot.

Our historic house is located close to a creek and is the perfect place for a break on the beautiful Ammersee. As a young family, we know what it means to go on vacation with small children and lots of luggage. That's why we want to make your stay as pleasant as possible. From our own parking lot, ground-level entrance, crib and baby chair to a stationary changing table, we have placed great importance on things that are also important to us on our own trips.

"Haus mit See", Sauna, Whirlpool and Games Room

Corona free and well disinfected! Enjoy a peaceful stay in our idyllic house with large garden, trampoline, outside sauna & private lake, 20km south of Munich. The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!

Ma Bastide-dein kleines Reich im schönen Bayern

Ma Bastide liegt in Bad Endorf, das auch das Tor zum Chiemgau genannt wird. Bad Endorf selbst hat einiges zu bieten und verfügt über eine 1A Verkehrsanbindung Richtung München oder Salzburg. Nur wenige Minuten von Ma Bastide entfernt ist ein wunderbares Thermalbad, das zum Entspannen einlädt. Im "Gut Immling" kommen außerdem Kunst- und Kulturliebhaber voll auf ihre Kosten. Auch die Simseeklinik sowie der Kurpark sind direkt in der Nähe der Unterkunft.

Es handelt sich um eine 80m2 Dachgeschoss Wohnung auf 2 Ebenen (1 Stock: Diele, Garderobe, Einbauschrank, Duschbad/WC, 2. Stock: Loft mit kompletter Küche, Bar, Esstisch, Couch, Schreibtisch, Kaminofen, Doppelbett, Badezimmer/WC/Wanne/Waschmaschine). Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert. Nachbarschaft ruhige Wohnsiedlung direkt am Waldrand. Parken überall immer leicht möglich. S-Bahn 8min Fußweg oder 1min Bus. 15min Fahrtzeit bis Marienplatz.
