We have a dock where you can tie your boat and have direct access to Lake of the Woods. Enjoy a unique experience of being remote, on the water, yet in the community. Located on a wooded 5 acres with 400 feet of waterfront, you have the North Country seclusion and are still just a 10-minute walk from the amenities of downtown Warroad. This comfortable one bedroom apartment with kitchenette is only 2 miles from the wonderful Lake of the Woods. A private parking area is large enough to accommodate at least two truck/boat rigs. It has a private entry and a separate living area. We are just west of the city of Warroad and walking distance to a bar and grill. You will love the privacy and location! We do live in the home, so please respect the quiet time from 10 PM to 8 AM, or you may be asked to leave.
