Beach House - A Perfect Sea View

We are happy to offer a private one bedroom apartment opposite the Point Lonsdale Front beach. Overlooking the bay, Port Phillip Bay heads and the shipping channels, the apartment is 10 years with modern fittings. The Apartment Fully self contained with a small kitchen, large dinning/ lounge area and private bed room with a comfortable queen bed. It has a private balcony with uninterrupted views of the water. Ideally sleeps 2 but can comfortably accommodate 4. There are two single divans in the lounge dining area. Across from the property is a safe swimming beach and within a short walk is the surf beach. Location Easy access to the village shopping centre ( 5 min walk) whereby you can access a supermarket, chemist and cafe's. Public transport is located in the village centre (bus services into Geelong). It is an Ideal for base to visit the surrounding areas have to offer- the Great ocean road, Queenscliff, Bellarine and Mornington Peninsula. Point Lonsdale is located 1 and half hours drive from Melbourne or easy access from the Geelong train station via bus (30 min). Avalon airport is 45 min away with a shuttle bus service to Point Lonsdale. Please confirm for availability before making a reservation request as we do rent it out thru other outlets. The Sanctuary

The Sanctuary is a unique, modern, spacious, well equipped, one bedroom apartment, suitable for couples or 1-2 adults, centrally located in beautiful Point Lonsdale. It is one minute walk to the front beach, the iconic viewing platform, the Point Lonsdale shops, cafes and the beautiful promenade beachfront walk. Co located with our home, it has a private entrance. There is an equipped kitchen, lounge and work station. The bedroom, on a mezzanine, requires guests to safely climb stairs.

Rip n View

Our place sits over the IGA and the best coffee shop/ restaurant in Point Lonsdale. It has extensive views across the Rip and is right opposite the beach. It is has spectacular walks across to Queenscliff and is 8 Kms from Ocean Grove/Barwon Heads. There are 3 excellent golf courses close by and a large choice of restaurants and wineries. The unit has 3 bedrooms, 2 with King size beds with ensuites and one with 2 single beds. There are 2 levels with large balconies at the back and front.
