Located in a cul-de-sac, this apartment is at the front of the property and enjoys extensive views from both balconies. Private stairs from street level take you to a bright open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The area opens to a large balcony with a gas barbecue. Another staircase takes you to an equally bright airy master suite. The modern bathroom has a shower, large spa bath and double sinks. There is a television on each level and a Sonos sound system throughout.

Apartment directly on beach with stunning views
This studio flat is located directly overlooking Gordon's bay. There are no cars or streets, just the coastal walking path. The coastal path, Gordon's bay and Clovelly are a mere handful of steps away. The studio is located on the bottom floor of an apartment block. It has its own separate private entrance. The flat is located to receive afternoon sun, and the sunsets are stunning. The waves are audible at night. The coastal path it overlooks is peacefully quiet at night - no traffic noise!

Woollahra is a leafy suburb next to Bondi Junction, and part of inner Sydney. Railway and Bus Depots, 100's of shops, restaurants and Westfield Ceare only a few minutes walk. Beaches are close. The outlook over the city and eastern suburbs will keep you on the deck. It is a comfortable and well presented premium apartment. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families. There's so much around us, many beaches, our glittering harbour, the city and so many parks and beautiful walks
