The private space features a kitchenette, heated polished concrete floors, neutral/modern decor, and free parking. The charming neighborhood welcomes you with tree lined streets, quaint boutiques and cafe's, and sounds of a vibrant community. The private space shares walls with a family's home so some noise transfer should be expected during the specified non quiet hours. Additional conveniences include: - free street parking - a private entrance - a modern kitchenette equipped with a fridge, sink, toaster oven, microwave, kettle and Nespresso machine - separate workspace - the Marche St George (café), Starbucks, Shoppers Drug Mart (drugstore) and No Frills (grocery) are a short block away To make your stay comfortable, you will find: - hotel quality sheets - natural products - radiant floor heating - spacious walk in shower - Free and fast WIFI - Bright and secure European Tilt and Turn windows and door - Nespresso machine and pods Our family lives upstairs and we work from home so are readily available. We also respect your privacy and understand most guests prefer to come and go with little interaction so we will make ourselves available only when requested. While conveniently located between downtown Vancouver and the YVR airport, South Main offers many boutiques, cafes, bakeries, restaurants, groceries, parks, pubs, and micro-breweries on Main Street and Fraser Street. - The #3 bus on Main Street or #8 on Fraser St run frequently – every 10 minutes – and are a 20 min method of getting downtown. - - Taking a taxi downtown is less than $20 and takes about 10 min. Driving downtown will also take about 10 minutes. - The Canada Line station at King Edward is a 20-25 minute walk. The Canada Line train runs from the airport to the downtown including high-end shopping at Oakridge. - Car sharing via Car2Go and EVO is common in our neighborhood and a very convenient and economical way to get around the city. Please note: Memberships must be set up in advance and are available for international travelers in most cases. We guarantee quiet time within our family home between 10:30pm - 7:00am on weekdays and 11:30pm - 7:30am on weekends. To access the suite, guests take the path alongside the house and down eight stairs. The kitchenette is designed to enable visitors to enjoy simple, ready made meals comfortably within the suite. A microwave and toaster oven enable quests to heat items while the fridge is full height with freezer drawers allowing for adequate storage for short term stays. A Nespresso machine makes a quick coffee and a kettle and teapot is available for those who prefer a cup of tea. Wine glasses and bottle openers are ready for guests to use. We are pleased to assure you that, while our neighbourhood is known to be very safe, we have equipped our suite with a European style multi point locking door. In addition to enhanced security, this door offers a tilt position turning it into another window. Please watch for instructions on how to operate this special door in our welcome letter.

“Suite on Main” near Q.E Park

Just renovated, sparkling new and clean! **** New smart 50" 4K TV with plenty of channels. Including: Movies, Crave, Netflix and much more. Underfloor heating, which will make you feel cozy and warm in the winter. Stay at our garden level suite, located in the heart of Vancouver's trendy "Main street" area. A couple will enjoy the romantic bedroom. A child will enjoy the beautiful gated garden with a swing and a friendly house cat. The suite is clean as new and very quiet. The location is central, within walking distance from many great shops, restaurants, pubs and Queen Elizabeth Park. Buses running on Main street will transport you to the Main street Sky-train station, which connects you to many other central areas in Vancouver, including the downtown area, Vancouver's beaches and the SeaBus station leading to North Vancouver. Our lovely suite is 10 minutes walk to the new Canada Line train, which gets you to YVR airport in less than 15 minutes. A 7 minute train ride will also get you to downtown. Garden level studio in ideal loc.

Garden level studio suite with garden patio - in a trendy and very central area of Vancouver. Located 2 blocks from King Edward Station on CanadaLine rapid transit link between YVR - downtown. Comfortable, cozy and bright! Close to Queen Elizabeth Park and Cambie/Main Street neighborhood. There is a Queen bed in the suite (ideal space for a couple) plus a daybed which, when expanded out, sleeps 2 more. Fireplace/ bathroom with underfloor heating. Kitchenette/appliances for easy self-catering.

Well appointed quiet modern 1 bedroom garden suite

Suite boasts a west coast nautical theme with large windows with a wall of French Doors, gas fireplace, hardwood floors with its own small patio and looking out on a pretty garden and treed backyard. Shared back patio with access to BBQ and fire pit. Suite is approximately 850 sq ft with 7'3" ceilings, with private entrance. Excellent for a people who are into healthy and active living. The Fraser Location is perfect for individuals who want access to fresh well priced produce and organics.

Awesome 1 bedroom garden suite in heritage house. Close to major bus routes and the Canada line. Walking distance to Nat Bailey for live Vancouver Canadians Baseball, Vancouver Women's Hospital and Children's Hospital. Easy access to downtown, BC Place and Roger's Arena. The suite is bright with large windows, comfortable furntiture and a 70" TV. Walk the tree lined streets to the shops and restaurants on Main Street. A very safe neighbourhood if you are a solo traveler. Welcome!

Spacious and Bright 1-Bedroom space

1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. Entire main floor space is in an excellent location between Main and Fraser. In a quiet neighbourhood, yet minutes walk from transit and a wide variety of trendy shops and restaurants. 15 minute drive from the airport. Private entrance, full kitchen and dining area, and a work space. Comfortable double futon, 32" TV with Apple TV, Netflix, and Crave. 9' ceilings. Family Friendly Port-a-crib and highchair available. Trampoline, sandbox in big backyard.

Located in central Vancouver in the beauty of the Douglas Park area, our neighbourhood is known for its old Vancouver homes, beautiful gardens, and a friendly and safe community. The space includes a private living area, bedroom with two twin beds, closet and dresser, and a private washroom. Big wooden windows look out onto a west coast garden that is bursting with tulips and daffodils in the spring. A welcoming and restful stay awaits you in this quiet and artistic home.

Main & King Garden Apartment

Private apartment near transit and vibrant Main Street. Full kitchen, amazing shower, clean and secure. Free street parking on a bike route. Includes solid wifi in solidly built 1905 home. Outside expect a wild rustic garden. We accommodate luggage drops, just ask. Great location, well designed interior oasis with a good bed. Saturday bonus: walk to Farmers Market. March 2024 new fence so exterior has our reorganized garden in pots
