Comfortable beds, spacious layout, great shower and great scenery

What a wonderful place for a peaceful, lakeside getaway. Upon entering the space i immediately wanted to move in! So cozy and spacious with great natural light. I loved watching the sun set beyond the lake. Kevin was a gracious and responsive host. I felt very welcome and cared for. Highly recommend!

What a great place to stay! Everything I needed, beautifully and thoughtfully set up, a block from downtown, and an pleasant walk (or drive) to the Chester River right through the historical section of town, especially in the morning or early evening when everything is peaceful. Many thoughtful touches upon arrival - right down to biscuits for the dog - and helpful things like a basket of travel sized toiletries in case I'd left something behind. The hosts were easily available if needed but explanations were clear and everything intuitively set up, so I didn't need a thing. Thanks, Beth and Bob!

We found this beautiful place when we needed a dog-friendy rental for our large dog while visiting our son at college. The rental is in a fanatic location, a very short walk to the waterfront and downtown Chestertown and its great shops and restaurants. The rental was immaculate and very comfortable. It had everything we needed. The backyard was more private than we thought and our dog enjoyed playing fetch in the back. The bedding was comfortable and relaxing. The host was very responsive and helpful. Great experience! Thank you!

We needed a quiet and private space to relax. Jordan’s space was all of this. We stayed here for a month and hardly ever heard Jordan and her family. Jordan was quick to respond if we had any questions. The bed was very comfortable and the views of the water were nice.

Katie was an amazing host and communicator! We loved the space and it was exactly as it was shown. The location was unbeatable. Would love to stay here again!

This was our second stay at Julie's place in Chestertown and we enjoyed it again. The apartment is perfectly clean and nicely furnished. The location is very walkable. All in all, it was a great visit.

We had a very positive experience. The apartment’s rooms were clean and comfortable, and it always seemed sunny and nice. Most furnishings felt relatively new and fresh, and they even had a baby gate for our toddler. The downtown area is very walkable from the apartment, and there is a nice cafe right across the street. We didn’t require much contact with the hosts, but they promptly responded to the few messages we sent. We’d definitely stay here again when we visit in the future.

Stephen's carriage house was a perfect fit for our weekend getaway in Chestertown. It is a lovely, roomy space for a couple. The living room was easy to relax in, and the bed was quite comfortable. The skylights offer nice natural lighting during the day, and the bedroom was naturally dark - good for restful sleep. All of the provided amenities made the stay convenient, including the wifi, tv, kitchenware and appliances, and shower. We chose this space due to its walkability and its proximity to our favorite restaurant, Modern Stone Age Kitchen, just a couple blocks away. FYI - this space is in the courtyard of a restaurant, so outdoor diners may be heard during the day and evening, but by the time we went to bed the restaurant was closing so it did not affect our sleep. Also, be aware that parking on N Queen St is Residential Only, so be sure to check for signs and park accordingly on nearby streets.

Deborah was a great host! Very communicative and helpful when we had questions. The contactless checkin could not have been easier. The place was super clean and had the things you need to be comfortable. We loved that it was right in town and very walkable to restaurants, grocery store, West Marine and the hardware store. It’s the perfect spot for boat cruisers who have a boat on the hard and can’t live aboard while doing the work.

Sheen and Charles were great hosts. The space was filled with thoughtful touches and we really felt at home. What a peaceful stay in Annapolis, and not too far from the downtown area!

Comfortable, self-contained, with full kitchenette. Hotel-level of cleanliness. Comfortable bed. Short walk to bayside. Short drive to the stunning Eastern Neck Wildlife Refuge, a must see. In winter many of the surrounding shops have limited hours or are closed.

Jordan was a delightful host. A lovely place in a quiet neighborhood. Close to the welcome party and wedding we attended.
