Welcome to our cozy, comfortable and private tiny home. Experience the simplicity & freedom of small living. This tiny house is the perfect getaway for a unique and intimate experience. It has been designed with comfort and functionality in mind and all your essential needs. The tiny house is located in a peaceful setting, surrounded by nature, yet close to all the amenities you may need. We are located 5 min drive from the airport, a short walk to Kye Bay beach & 45 min drive to Mt Washington.

Purple Door Cabin

Our cozy guest cabin is nestled in the forest a five minute walk to the beach & near mountain biking trails. Dine Al fresco on the large patio! Access to the outdoor jacuzzi. Terrycloth robes supplied. Well equipped kitchen includes a full size fridge, convection oven, hotplate, microwave, grinder, coffee maker & outdoor propane BBQ. Indoor shower. Eco friendly Sun-Mar composting toilet in a separate building. There is a wall mounted Monitor (no cable) to connect to your devices.

The Cottage on Greenwood

The Cottage on Greenwood is an ideal spot for that weekend getaway you didn't know you needed. Ideally situated on the border of Courtenay and Comox, you can enjoy a small town feel while being a stone's throw away from all your needed amenities.This lovely cedar clad building is a stand alone unit offering complete privacy including a private deck overlooking the tree lined property. Newly renovated, the space provides the feeling of a true cottage but with modern touches.

Set on a working farm our tiny home offers quick access to Qualicum Beach, lakes, and trails. Enjoy evenings by the fire and wake up to fresh forest air. This space was created for couples to enjoy peaceful space and time away from the hustle of everyday life. Everything you need - nothing you don’t!

Rustic luxury in private beachside cabin

Private, rustic, waterfront retreat at the bottom of a winding trail, set amongst the trees on the Salish Sea. This cozy and ultra comfortable beach house is within day-trip distance to all Vancouver Island has to offer. It provides an intimate, restful, and well-furnished retreat for two people in the loft overlooking the beach, with an additional sofa-bed in the common space. Wildlife, stars, and unbelievable moonrises and sunrises!

The Carver’s Cabin

Welcome to the Carver’s Cabin. A beautifully renovated space nestled in the Comox Valley, a quick walk away from Point Holmes beach and boat launch. Take a nice walk, or short drive down to famous Kye Bay beach. Surrounded by old growth trees and wildlife, you can take it all in sitting on the porch or by enjoying a fire in your own fire pit. A getaway fit for 1-2 guests. Cabin backs onto the road but there is a berm for privacy!

Creek side cottage

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place. This is a great kickoff spot for those looking to explore central, west, and north Vancouver Island. We are a few minutes walk to Sunny Beach Road, a favourite beach spot amongst locals. A cafe, pub, ice cream shop, and many nature trails are all just a short walk away. The cottage is equipped with a queen size bed. A fold out cot is available for a 3rd guest.

*HOT TUB* This bnb is located on the back corner of our 2.5 acre property and has a bird's eye view of our chicken coop (don't worry, no crowing roosters, only hens). Our property is located only a quick 5 minute walk to Frolander Bay Beach and a 10 minute drive to the Saltery Bay Ferry Terminal. This bnb is made up of 3 cottages - main, bathroom and flex room. It has a very comfortable Queen size bed and feather down duvet, heating, outdoor hot water shower & sink, an outhouse toilet, barbecue, two burner propane stovetop, refrigerator, wifi, and Bluetooth speaker.

This beautiful brand new waterfront guest cottage boasts stunning high bank views of the Malaspina Strait. This is the perfect spot for a quiet, relaxing getaway.
