Welcome to beautiful Lake Peekskill. This self-contained guest suite is situated in the entire lower level of a private house down several steps, featuring its own private door access, as well as parking on site. Guests can access the grounds of the house including areas to sit, a native wildflower pasture, and a woodland with wildlife including deer, foxes, and birds. Lake access is a 15-min walk away (or a 3-min drive) to a beach area where guests can swim, fish, and make use of two kayaks.

Sweet studio attached to our house w/updated kitchen & bathroom on a dead-end street backed up to a nature preserve. We have parking for those arriving by car & are a block from the train if coming up from the city. Walking distance to everything (Main St is 2 blocks away!) We welcome all types of folks and your lovely pets as well. We're here for your needs & offer as much contact or privacy as you like! In the summer, an outdoor shower is available to you as well through the backyard.

Hiker's nest

This is a cozy room with private forest views and all the basic amenities (small kitchenette). We are located next to the entrance of Mount Beacon park (the free Loop Bus from the station drops you on our corner), a three-minute walk to the trail entrance, and a 25 minute walk to the train station and Main Street. The room is attached to the main house, but you have your own entrance with code access. We live in the main house, so we are here to answer questions or help with your stay.

Updated in 2024, this walk-out basement private bedroom suite includes a private entrance, bedroom, bathroom, desk and chair, sleeper chair, and outdoor sitting area. Located 2 minutes from the Cold Spring train station and just a couple blocks from Main Street. Short walk to hiking trails. Use of back yard patio, garden, and fire pit (upon request) included. Mini-fridge and Keurig included. This suite is only rented out when the owners are traveling, so there is no overhead noise.
