Tres Palmas apartment a hilltop Villa with a pool

Newly built Villa in the beautiful Puntas area of Rincon, Puerto Rico. Big comfy king size bed, AC, cable and wifi. Saltwater pool with an inwater sundeck. The pool is shared between the 3 apartments in Villa Diane. It’s a 5 minute walking distance to amazing surf at Sandy beach, restaurants, and beach bars. Pelican Estate B with - Generator and Water System

The unit is newly renovated since hurricane Maria. Enjoy the pool, deck with comfortable tables and chairs outside the unit and the ocean view from the Bistro chairs. The unit has new furniture solely for the purpose of your comfort. Also the apts are solely for the renters. Please no extra guests. NO CHILDREN UNDER 16. This includes no pool guests. NO animals 1 car per apartment. The apt is a short walk to the Beach.Check in after 3pm. Checkout 11:30 am NO SMOKING IN THE APT. OUTSIDE PLEASE.

Rincon, Puntas: Lovely:KingBed w/Pool &Ocean View!

A spacious 1 bedroom ( King size) apartment on the ground level of a 2 story/2 apt. house. This apartment (Puntas Abajo) is around the back of the house facing the pool and has a private entrance. It is very quiet! 1 free parking space conveniently located in front of the house. Apt is in Puntas, Rincon central to all beaches, restaurants and everything that is rincon! Since this apartment is on the back of the house it is exceptionally quiet. Powerful AC to cool. All newly and fully furnished!

This is a 3 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms house with Ceiling fans in all the rooms / NO AC. Fully stocked kitchen to make meals & a Weber grill with gas There is construction that has been active in the neighborhood on and off for 2 years. The property is in discounted pricing due to this. 3 Car driveway Linens, beach & bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels, shamp/cond, soap, trash bags, washer/dryer High speed internet &Bluetooth speaker /We do not have a TV Salt water pool 40x10

2 bedroom, 3 bathroom pristine townhouse located in Puntas beach road, steps away from renowned beaches, bars and restaurants. The 1st floor has two bedrooms and one full bathroom. The 2nd floor is an open area concept with a fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV, dinning area, a half bathroom, and a small breakfast nook balcony. Casa Mimosa has the best location in Puntas Rincon. This safe, gated property features an amazing pool, views, and stylish remodel. The home is an 8-minute walk to Sandy Beach, Casa Verde, & Tamboo. Mimosa has plenty of activities and every comfort you could need. We feature new ACs in all bedrooms & living room, high-end mattresses, a pool table, ping pong, darts, an automatic generator, backup water, & a 75” TV. You'll never want to go home after a trip to Casa Mimosa.

Flamboyan's Apartment private pool *2 persons*

Our cozy apartment for couples, with a small pool NOT SHARED. If you want to spend a few days of rest near the beach (5 minutes walking and 1 minute by car to Sandy Beach) and close to places of interest. A very quiet and relaxing place. WiFi Internet, cable TV, equipped kitchen, towels, A/C and more. Balcony outside to have a cup of coffee or just contemplate nature, with screens to avoid mosquitoes.
