Vicino alle più belle spiagge della zona e a pochi minuti dalla piazza dove fruire del servizio di traghetti per l'isola di Tavolara. Nelle immediate vicinanze supermercati, ristoranti, banca, lavanderia e negozi di vario genere.

Si tratta di una villetta caposchiera confortevole e immersa nel verde, in un contesto tranquillo e riservato, ma in una posizione strategica che consente di raggiungere in pochi minuti le più belle spiagge della costa gallurese, oltre a ristoranti, servizi e punti di interesse del territorio.
