It is located only 100 m from the sea and the beach and only 500 m from the Punat centre. The apartment has free wifi and parking place.

On the upper floor there are four bedrooms with double beds and four bathrooms. Three bedrooms have access to a shared terrace with a beautiful view of the olive groves, mountains and the sea in the distance.
