Villa is located in a quiet area close to the sea and beaches, but still with a lot of privacy. The house is facing the sea and has a great sea view. On the back of the house there is a barbecue available together with an outdoor dinning area, in the shadow of the olive trees it gives you the perfect Mediterranean outdoor experience!

It is composed of four separated rooms, one kitchen with living room with dinning space, two bathrooms, garden with terrace and grill, two parking spaces by the house. The house is located in the old center of Punat, close to cafes, restaurants and shops promenade where is free wifi.

Jenina - a small flat in a quiet neighborhood

Our apartment is small but it got everything You need! The first beach is 1km away, but You could also go by car to the bigger beach - a 4min ride (1,8km). There You can find our water slides with a sea water pool (see pictures)! The first round is on us :) A lot of other outdoor activities are also available there.
