We loved our stay here and our hosts were so friendly and gave us great local recommendations. The location is absolutely perfect as there is easy access to everything to do in the Colorado Springs area including downtown, old city, Garden of the Gods, Broadmore, the zoo and Manitou Springs. Great location for dining out and drinking. Every activity we did was only minutes away. The dogs were wonderful too. They were so friendly and had such amazing temperaments that we wanted to take them home. We would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting town!

The property is quaint and nostalgic yet very up-to-date in being well maintained and clean in all areas. The entry level cabins are small, but will accommodate a couple on holiday with all they need and modern accoutrements inside. The larger cabins will be a better choice if you have kids. The neighborhood is very quiet and you are within a stone's throw walking distance of breakfast and bar room evening entertainment with food as well. Easy driving distance to Colorado Springs, Manitou Springs, and just over a half hour from gold medal Colorado fishing in Deckers or 11 Mile canyon. Look forward to our next stay!

This is the top floor of a cabin-like building. The private hot tub was really nice. The location is lovely with access to the little town, hikes from the doorstep, and quiet mountain charm. The interior was clean and comfortable. The sink faucet was broken but usable, and Sherri and Alexandra were responsive. The exterior could use some TLC- things like leaking gutters that dripped cold water on us when walking to and from the entrance and sitting in the hot tub.

We loved staying here. It is exactly as described. While there were people in the lodge at the same time we were in the cottage, we couldn’t hear anyone. We felt secluded, very safe, and right at home. The cottage was stocked with everything we needed. We cooked some of our meals, did laundry and had a little downtime to just relax. The rooms were great size and the bathroom was a good size as well! Caitlin was very easy to communicate with when I had a question. I would highly recommend this cottage and if we come back to that area this is where we will be staying!

This was one of my favorite Airbnb's! The place was spacious, comfortable and had every amenity we could need. The hot tub is well maintained and the host Rachael was wonderful :) It's a little oasis in the Springs.

I walked 10 minutes to get to my professional conference at the Broadmoor Hotel. It’s less expensive than the hotel rooms with more freedom and privacy, and with your own hot tub. I walked 15 minutes the other direction to a mountain canyon park, nature station, and a nice trail that follows a stream up the canyon. If you’re not a hiker, take any number of day trips by car to natural beauty and wonders. It’s in a pleasant wooded neighborhood with close neighbors on either side, but it feels very private. It has that rustic arts and crafts mountain cabin feel and is very clean and well maintained. Very comfortable bed. Deer were hanging out in the yard one day.

One of the best stocked places I’ve stayed! All the necessary kitchen supplies as well as cleaning. Lots of games and stuff to do, and the place is taken care of very nicely!

We brought our adult kids for a weekend away from it all and it celebrate my husband's birthday. The location of the home is great (we didn't leave the whole time). All kitchen tools and appliances made it easy to make all of our meals here. the hot tub was fabulous and so peaceful! Brittany was very responsive (very quickly) with the couple of questions I had sent. In addition, one of our family members left an item in the bedroom. Brittany was so helpful in making sure that item was shipped back to us right away! That was so appreciated! We would definitely stay here again, without hesitation!

We loved the picture window at the front the house that faces south and provides a view of the mountains. Julia was very responsive to any questions or issues we had and she provided some good local recommendations for things to do / places to eat. The internet was solid and we had no issues working remotely and the breakfast nook and family room worked out well for two of us needing work spaces. The mountain biking trail system in COS is incredible and massive - only two miles from the front door to Red Rock Canyon where you can access more trails than you (or at least I) could mange to explore all of in a month!

Julie was very responsive. I was very comfortable with my stay. It was clean, cozy, and in a convenient location. I would stay here again.

Crystal was an excellent host, whose description of the listing was surprisingly accurate given what some other reviews complained about. My wife and I found the space exceedingly comfortable and cozy. There are plenty of blankets if you do happen to get chilly, but we visited in the middle of a typical Colorado spring snowstorm and were plenty comfortable both in the bedroom and shared living space. Furthermore, we had no issues whatsoever with the hot water or the size of the bathroom, despite running and hiking in the beautiful surroundings. Fantastic stay all around!

Perfect for what I needed for the week. The place was clean & quite cute. I did have trouble keeping a WiFi connection, so streaming services were a no-go. The farm animals were charismatic & quite funny. Would definitely book again if I ever have to go back out to Pueblo.

This is the spot! Lovely spot and felt right at home. Friend was visiting and is a chef. We had everything we needed to make a meal. Walk right out the door for a night cap. Loved everything about this spot. Spaces were uniquely decorated and clear of clutter! Cool spot. I will be back!

Wonderful location! Walkable to downtown and a 5-15 minute drive to all of the other exciting places surrounding Colorado Springs. Very dog friendly and clean! Highly recommended to people with dogs who are looking for a quiet place near the old city!

The host was excellent. When I couldn't get into the airbnb due to an error with my phone number (my fault) the host was quick to come over and let me in and resolve the problem. The treats inside the house, coffee, and all of the cookware were perfect. Spotless everything. 100% recommend the house in CO Springs. Thank you for a great place for my visit.

We couldn’t be happier with our time here. Both Jennifer and Bano are gracious, responsive, responsible, and understanding hosts. We had an extended stay during the winter months.They were quick to respond to our messages and the home was perfect for what we needed. A couple amazing stand outs: the hosts worked with us ahead of time for scheduling the extended stay, the home has its own entrance separate from the main home so it’s private, every once in a while we would get some amazing homemade bread from a local artisan, the walkway was always cleared for us when it snowed, they checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. This is a special place, made special by the hosts. We can’t recommend this place more.

Julie’s place was everything the pictures show and more. Instantly felt at home in this beautiful space with ample room to spread out.

The cottage is comfortable and feels like home away from home. It had everything we needed for our stay. Beautiful location and John and Rosemary have two very friendly dogs. John was very responsive to us. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this cottage if you’re traveling to Woodland Park.

Vivian is a great host. The little cottage was a cozy place to work, cook, and relax from in my trip to CS. Was clean, quiet, and in a great location; you can’t ask for more!

Kimberly's place is just as listed!! Kim is very friendly and helpful. If you like a bit of history this place is perfect. Great coffee shop and restaurant with in walking distance. Went out to visit family and would definitely stay there again!! Thanks Kim!

Was an incredible little home that was directly next to our event + a bunch of cute little eateries and shops. The house itself was adorable, has anything and everything you could need including in the kitchen (aside from ingredients). The hosts were very responsive and quick, the information was all accurate. Overall was a wonderful stay for our trip and if we return to Colorado Springs we will definitely book again. Highly recommend if you have a small group or if it’s just you and your partner!
