Es war insgesamt ein super Aufenthalt. Wir wurden freundlich umsorgt. Die Unterkunft war klasse und in der Umgebung konnte man vieles unternehmen. Kommen gerne wieder. Ivanka war immer erreichbar und stehts freundlich und nett sowie hilfreich.

Чудове помешкання, дуже просторе та має все необхідне для тривалого проживання - навіть машинку для сушки одягу. Безперечно, одна з найкращих квартир, де ми зупинялись. Є місце для паркування авто. Господарі дуже привітні та завжди були готові допомогти, якщо виникали проблеми

The location was great. Paola was extremely responsive to all of our questions and had great insight. Our luggage was lost and when it arrived we weren’t going to be back for hours and was able to open the door and place the luggage inside. Usually I don’t ask lots of questions but there were things I couldn’t find so I’d ask her and she’d respond so quickly. My boys loved the hot tub! We were close enough to old town but were able to have a peaceful quiet night. There are restaurants within a stones throw that were good. I would 100% recommend this place and huge thank you to Paola! We love Croatia and it was such a beautiful first trip!

Highly recommend, Sergio very good men, you can check in at any time, just inform him in advice about your arriving time, the apartment was very clean, all like in offer, very good location, 25 minutes walk to centre, in area 400m big markets, and restaurants, also Sergio can give and advise how to spend time in Zadar, how plan your vacation, which place you should visit, and when. Everything was perfect!

Apartment is well located near to the city centre (2 min walks) and beach Plava (6 min walks). Our apartment was on the first floor (bedroom, living room together with kitchen, bathroom (no problem with water pressure) and balcony). Apartment was clean, kitchen was equipped with basic cooking accessories (enough for us, for dinners we went to restaurants), bedsheets, towels (changed 1 per week), A/C, steam iron, two TVs, wi-fi, parking outside, etc. Groceries, restaurants, cafés are near to the apartment. The street was very quiet and calm. If you consider visiting Plava beach, I definitely recommend this apartment. The second beach (near to Olympia Sky) is about 15 min walks.

Das Appartment hat genau unseren Anforderungen entsprochen: saubere Unterkunft, kein unnötiger Schnickschnack, zentral gelegen, so dass wir alle Hotspots gut erreichen konnten. 5 Sterne !!!! Vielen Dank!!

Wir haben unseren Junggesellenabschied mit 10 Mann in Zadar verbracht und es war fantastisch! Das gemietete Haus mit Pool, Sauna und Whirlpool war einfach perfekt für unsere Gruppe. Im Umkreis gab es auch einige Sehenswürdigkeiten, die sich gut für Ausflüge angeboten haben. Besonders abends hat uns die lebendige Altstadt begeistert – tolle Atmosphäre und richtig gute Clubs. Insgesamt war es eine super Erfahrung und ich würde das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Ich bin mit 5 Freunden in Zoricas Villa gefahren und ehrlich gesagt, hatten wir vorher ein bisschen Angst enttäuscht zu werden, aber als wir ankamen haben wir gemerkt, dass das Gegenteil der Fall war! Alles war sauber - einfacher und sehr freundlicher Kontakt, sogar ein Geschenk (!) und total viel Platz draußen, um als Gruppe zusammenzusitzen + der Pool! Es liegt etwas außerhalb, war für uns aber genau das Richtige. Wenn man möchte, ist man in maximal einer halben Stunde in der Stadt (entweder Zug, Bus und nachts Uber). Auch Supermärkte sind in Geh-Nähe und der Ausblick ist einfach herrlich. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen :)

Absolutely stunning. The love put into the Green Dream can be felt both inside and outside. Simply fantastic garden, stunning decor inside. Great for all ages. Easy access to restaurants and Split. We hope to be back. Thanks so much to Ana for letting us open the season and feeding us an amazing traditional dinner.

Just loved staying at Dijana’s place. The courtyard is wonderful. The apartment is well laid out, had a washer and dryer, and a well equipped kitchen. Loved the area as well - very walkable to the historic areas of Split. We want to stay a month or longer! Dijana is a very responsive host as well. We definitely recommend this location for anyone visiting Split!

Świetne miejsce na odpoczynek, wszystko jest pod ręka. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, apartament czysty, nowo urządzony. Pani Magda zawsze odpowiadała na pytania.

Our stay at Apartment Martini was fabulous!! SO clean, amazing location, so close to a great beach, and the hosts went out of their way to accommodate us. Some construction going on right next door that starts early but we’re early risers. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Ubytovanie splnilo naše očakávania- čisté, útulné.Apartmán bol kúsok od pláže, čo bola veľká výhoda. Za poplatok sme mali k dispozícii aj vírivku. Dovolenku sme si veľmi užili. Ďakujeme.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons su que nous avions fait le bon choix ! L'appartement de Gordana est parfait. On s'y sent instantanément comme à la maison. Il est propre, spacieux, décoré avec goût, moderne et chaleureux. Chaque détail est pensé pour notre confort. Ce qui nous a impressionnés, c'est l'attention portée aux petites choses : du shampoing à l'huile d'olive, tout est fourni généreusement. Nous avions également à disposition deux serviettes de bain chacun. L'emplacement est imbattable, à quelques pas du pont menant à la vieille ville de Zadar. Nous avons tout exploré à pied facilement. Le stationnement dans la rue était relativement facile surtout après 17h (en avril, cela pourrait être différent en haute saison). Le quartier regorge de commodités : commerces et restaurants à proximité. Gordana, notre hôte, a été extrêmement réactive et disponible. Si vous cherchez un pied-à-terre idéal pour explorer Zadar, ne cherchez plus.

What a great apartment! Rodavan has been very helpful and advised us on some places to visit and eat. The apartment itself was beautiful and very clean! It’s only 7min drive to the airport and 10minutes away from Zadar old town so ideal for us. Lidl is only 5minute drive and we tried couple local restaurants that are within 15minute walk. We highly recommend and we hope to come back one day!

Wir hatten einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben tipptopp bisher nichts besseres bei Airbnb gehabt . In der Hauptsaison könnte es etwas lauter werden. Von der darüberliegenden Wohnung hört man bisschen was beim Stühlerücken, nicht dramatisch, aber für den ein oder anderen eine wichtige Information. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
