This gueen-bed suite has a private entrance, a living room with wifi/tv, and a small, private bath, on a beautifully maintained property on 28A in N. Falmouth. Enjoy easy access to beaches & the bike path is across the street. The suite is priced based on two people, additional people - older kids, friends, are $40/night more; two twin blow-ups can be set up in living room. You must list the total amount of guests when booking. This house is not well suited to toddlers & young children.

The Captain's House is a 12 bedroom centrally located traditional Ptown Guest House. Room 7 is a SMALL room FOR ONE PERSON on the 2nd floor with steep stairs. If offers a full-sized bed & shared bathroom (9 rooms on 2nd floor shared 2 full bathrooms - 8 of the 9 rooms have in-room sinks) with in-room sink, air conditioning, TV, cable, WIFI We don't offer parking this year. This newly renovated space has a separate kitchen area with table and chairs, a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker (coffee and tea provided). No stove. NO cooking permitted. The bedroom has a double bed, a comfy couch, bureau and closet, and a full bath ensuite. Perfect for a couple or single person. NOTE: The small building is my gallery.

Howards End - Room 2-3 (Private Bath & Terrace)

The room is about 140 sqft, and it comes with a large private deck with a great view of the Pilgrim Monument. It has a king bed, private bathroom and private entrance. This room is good for people who are allergic to cats. Our guests do not have kitchen access and we don't have TVs in the guest rooms. We built our home in 1997 and have shared it with our five children, grandchildren and extended family. We thought someday when the kids leave, we will make it into a Bed & Breakfast and Airbnb has made the dream simply possible. The Chicago House is a centrally located traditional Ptown Guest House. Room 2, is on the 1st floor with a queen bed & private bathroom. A/C, TV, cable, WIFI, refrigerator. Free On Site PARKING in the BACK of our BnB, is not accessible through our street address. When the lot is full, parking may involve tandem spots and you may need to leave your keys with us Our simple cold continental breakfast is served from 8am to 9:30am

Sweet stay by the ocean w breakfast (1 of 2 rooms)

SWEET STAY is what I call this guest room because many times when guests are leaving they say " thank you for a sweet stay." It comes with A FULL BREAKFAST and is served between 8-8:30 AM. It is a 5 minute walk to restaurants, beaches, ice cream store, groceries, nail salon and clothing store as well as souvenir shop and more . Sorry but there is no use of kitchen for cooking and very limited fridge space.
