Das Haus und die gesamte Anlage war wunderschön. Die Ausstattung war sehr hochwertig, die Betten waren ausgezeichnet. Da wir leider sehr viel Pech mit dem Wetter hatten, haben wir/ unsere Kinder sich sehr über den Whirpool gefreut. Gerade für Gäste mit Hund sehr geeignet. Der Kontakt mit Daniela war super und auch ihr Vater sehr hilfreich und sehr sympathisch. Danke für alles

I had an unforgettable time with my fiancé in a charming cottage in the heart of Tuscany. This place is a true paradise for those seeking peace, tranquility, and close contact with nature. From the very first day, we were delighted with the surroundings - picturesque landscapes, greenery, and silence, which allowed for complete relaxation. The cottage itself was perfect. The sauna and hot tub outdoors were a great way to relax after a day of sightseeing. The grill was invaluable; we could prepare delicious meals outdoors, enjoying local specialties. The absence of neighbors within a few kilometers was a true luxury that allowed us to completely disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city. Tuscany turned out to be the perfect place for a romantic getaway. I recommend this cottage to everyone who wants to spend time surrounded by nature, away from everyday stress. It's the perfect place to recharge your batteries and create unforgettable memories.

Gianluca war ein sehr fürsorglicher Host. Erreichbarkeit und Kommunikation einfach, unkompliziert und schnell - in sehr gutem Englisch. Die Unterkunft ist ideal für jeden der Ruhe und Privatsphäre sucht. Das Haus hat alles was es für einen schönen Urlaub braucht inklusive großem Pool, Sauna und Whirlpool. Gianluca hat uns sehr gute Restaurants und Ausflugsziele empfohlen. Vor allem auch viele Insidertipps, d.h. keine Touristenhochburgen sondern lokale in denen Einheimische essen. The property is set in a stunning location and the grounds are beautiful. Kavinda was very warm and approachable at check in and was extremely helpful and accommodating for the duration of our stay. We made regular use of the BBQ and outdoor dining, and the pool area was perfect for lazy days. I would highly recommend staying at the property again in the future as a base to explore the surrounding area. The location is a few miles out of Celleno and there are no pavements so a car is required to reach the property. We hope to return again!

Luogo incantevole nel cuore della Tuscia. La casa é accogliente e accessoriata, con una splendida vista sulle colline circostanti. Giovanni é stato un host accogliente e amichevole, reattivo ad ogni richiesta. Soggiorno perfetto.

Ottima esperienza, tutto come da descrizione. L'appartamento è in pieno centro storico di Todi e non raggiungibile con la macchina, questo non lo avevo capito con esattezza, ma check-in eccezionale con accoglienza in apposito parcheggio gratuito da cui ci hanno portato con le valigie davanti alla porta di casa. Purtroppo non è stato possibile fare altrettanto al momento del check-out e l'unico piccolo neo della vacanza è stato il dover tornare alla macchina a piedi con le valigie, in una mattinata molto calda. Consiglio di provare a concordare con l'host anche il momento del check-out per capire come organizzarlo meglio.

Appartamento davvero enorme e pulito con tutto il necessario per poter passare al meglio il soggiorno. Spazi funzionali per potersi rilassare al meglio e ragazze alla reception molto disponibili. Positiva anche l’esperienza delle terme gratuite ottime dopo una giornata di camminate. Super consigliato tutto! Da tornarci

Stefano and his wife Romina were amazing hosts. Always available to help and reply pretty quickly and proactive with local recommendations. The pace was really nice and cozy The location is quite private as you need to go through a not so busy road but it is a really nice path with lots of trees, bushes and wild animals that we saw (specially at night) Even though we had some issues in the airport and arrived way later that planned Romina, was always available and kind to be at the house to do the check in and and brief house tour. I completely recommend this place if you want a quiet place, cozy house and great hosts.

We visited in the spring and didn’t use the outdoor spaces at all because it was too cold. I think enjoying the lake views from the patios are a special part of this home. Inside, house was clean, beds were pretty comfortable and kitchen was large enough to do food prep. It’s a very quick trip into town for groceries and restaurants. Actually, there are multiple towns around the lake with shops and dining so there are lots of choices. Wish we had been here during the summer for kayaking on the lake.

Extremely gorgeous lake retreat. Pictures do not do it justice. No one speaks english there at all, but thankfully wifi is fast and translate works.

Luca è stato un ottimo host, il casale è in una posizione isolata con un bel panorama. C'è stato un inconveniente ma Luca è stato tempestivo e ha risolto il problema.

This was the loveliest Airbnb stay I've ever had. I spent five days in July. For Americans who may deterred by the lack of air conditioning, I will offer that this was during an intense heatwave, but I slept very comfortably due to the cool bedrooms set back into the hillside. Grocery was convenient and the kitchen had absolutely everything I needed to use local ingredients for dinner Al fresco every night. The property included much private outdoor space, the view of orvieto and the vineyards, access to a large pool, and even a very friendly and delightful little donkey. Would give six stars if I could!
