Posto incantevole con vista sulle colline umbre. Il Ns appartamento era situato all'interno del castello. L'appartamento era ampio, ben arredato e pulito. L'accoglienza ed i consigli per i ristoranti in zona sono stati preziosi. Consigliatissimo.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa di Gianluca per una vacanza in famiglia e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa è situata nel centro storico che, oltre ad essere una zona molto tranquilla, è un vero gioiello, ma è vicina al posteggio. Le stanze sono ampie, accoglienti e molto pulitei, la cucina (nuovissima) è fornita di tutto, anche di lavastoviglie. Al nostro arrivo Gianluca ci ha accolto calorosamente, fornendoci tutte le informazioni necessarie per il nostro soggiorno. Speriamo di tornare in una prossima occasione!

Conoscere Fausto è stato un piacere ! Sempre gentile e disponibile. La casa, con un bel comodo e riparato parcheggio privato, inizia dopo una decina di scalini. Un terrazzino sorveglia l'ingresso. Ho trovato la zona living molto comoda e spaziosa, gli ambienti ed il bagno molto puliti (fondamentale). Consiglio questa casa a chiunque voglia soggiornare ad Orvieto e scelga di non stare all'interno delle mura, raggiungibili in 5 minuti a piedi.

La Casa di Carla e Patrizia è un vero casale da sogno. Se chiudete gli occhi e provate ad immaginare un casale in Umbria immaginerete proprio questo fantastico Casale! Rústico ma ricercato. Elementi etnici uniti a fantastici dettagli del centro italia. Libri ovunque che riscaldano l’ambiente e raccontano la storia del casale e della sua famiglia. Ci siamo emozionatu. Godersi una bella lettura nella veranda al calduccio e con una bella bevanda hot (un gin tonic o una tisana ai FINOCCHI, cambia poco) è davvero impagabile. La vista fa venire gli occhi lucidi. C’è un po’ di strada da fare per arrivare nei borghi vicini (Narni, Stifone etc) ma prendetela come un’opportunità per godervi la bellissima campagna umbra. Si tratta di una casa in campagna che può richiedere manutenzione durante il soggiorno, ma Patrizia (e immaginiamo anche Carla anche se non l’abbiamo conosciuta di persona) sono gentili e disponibili e faranno di tutto per aiutarvi. Ottimo il ristorante monte del grano 1969

The castle is a gem, once in a lifetime experience. With the decor and the overall aspect of the house, you feel like in a palace. Very spacious with everything you need in the kitchen. On the downside, it was a bit cold but our host turned on the heat and it was ok. Andrea was very helpful, giving us local recommendations and always pending to our needs. It was quite a medieval feel to our stay and we loved it.

We hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad bij Carmen! Allereerst is de accommodatie erg mooi. Het interieur van het appartement is wat ouderwets, maar verder was het zwembad heel fijn met prachtig uitzicht. We hadden het zwembad bijna altijd voor ons alleen. De omgeving is erg rustig en heel mooi groen! Carmen is echt een mega lieve host, we voelde ons enorm welkom door haar en komen graag nog een keer terug. Carmen, bedankt voor je gastvrijheid!

La casa era perfetta, pulita vicino al centro e in zona tranquilla e silenziosa. L' host ci ha dato consigli dei ristoranti. Wifi funzionante e la casa aveva tutto il necessario. Grazie del soggiorno!!!

Stefano was a wonderful host - very responsive to messages and offered recommendations of places to eat and things to see in Viterbo. The apartment was so cute and cozy!

Casina splendida e suggestiva immersa nella natura delle campagne circostanti, ideale per staccare dalla routine e dalla frenesia. Nonostante siamo certi che, per i servizi offerti (piscina, barbecue, giardino) d’estate sia ancor più eccezionale, ci siamo trovati benissimo. È tutto come da descrizione. Enzo è stato gentilissimo e flessibile con gli orari del check in. Ci ha accolto calorosamente e si è messo a completa disposizione. Nella casina ci ha fatto visita qualche insettino ma è più che normale vista la location, sarebbe stato strano il contrario. Nel complesso ottimo soggiorno.

The house was exactly as described and as shown in the pictures. Situated in a beautiful village, with stunning views. Communication was excellent as were recommendations and advice sought and given. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The bathrooms were spacious and well equipped as was the kitchen. The air conditioning was brilliant and was separate, one in the living area and another in the bedroom, so both didn't need to be running at the same time. Eleonora couldnt have been more helpful, but also respectful of privacy. The highlight for the family was the large pool, that our three teenage sons spent most mornings in. Would highly recommend this property for anyone wishing to explore rural Italy. It was also easy for us to get into Rome twice on the train. Having access to a car was necessary.

Cristina, Roberta, and Maarit's place in Cerchiara is absolutely fantastic. It is charming with its different levels and nooks and corners; the living room and bedrooms are spatious and comfortable, and the kitchen, which is downstairs, is impressively well equipped. Heating is also efficient. I spent three and a half weeks in Cerchiara and could've happily stayed for another such. The hosts are great. Communication was super easy and quick; if I needed any help with something, Cristina would get back to me immediately. It is evident how dear and important the house is to her and the co-owners. And then there's Cerchiara. More a hamlet than a village, it has gorgeous views over the valley and a bunch of dogs and cats who claim the place theirs as much as the few other permanent residents. The silence and calm there are palpable. And hiking options in the area are excellent (Terminillo just 40min drive)! One thing to consider: you need a car to get there and to get around.

Na onze boeking werden we via de site warm verwelkomd door de verhuurster die is bruikbare informatie omtrent het huis, de route en de omgeving. Het huis biedt voldoende mogelijkheden om samen te zijn en je even terug te trekken. De slaapkamers zijn ruim, de badkamer is prettig en de keuken is goed uitgerust. Kortom, het huis, de gastvrijheid maar ook zeker de omgeving hebben bijgedragen aan een zeer prettig verblijf.

Villa Elciarelli is located in a fantastic location - a few minutes away from the beautiful Civitella del Lago and ~30 mins away from Orvieto centro. The large apartment (which covers the entire first floor of a two-story villa) enjoys a panoramic and peaceful view over the Umbrian hills covered in olive trees, vines and wild flowers. The house is well equipped and welcoming with an old French countryside vibe. The children rooms had board games, toys and many interesting books. We were the only guests there so it felt mostly private. The pool, which was much larger than we expected, is shared with the hosts. Marco and Nicole were kind and welcoming hosts. We very much enjoyed getting to know them and their family. We think villa Elciarelli is a great option for those looking for a rural getaway in the Umbrian countryside.

We travel to this area periodically and it is central in Orvieto - on Corso Cavour, one of the main streets. Picturesque, convenient, clean we will consider staying here again. Only reason we would not stay here again is if our party is smaller. 3 BR was what we needed this time. We inadvertently left some laundry behind, and Valerie went out of her way to retrieve it and it is now back in the US with us. She was super responsive with email and we are very grateful for her assistance. The unit is well appointed, with lots of space in the kitchen. There is AC which we did not use, but guests should find this amenity super helpful in the summer months. Staying here was the best part of our trip - which saw us travel to Verona, the Dolomites, Barolo, and Milan. Great experience!

We stayed at this farmhouse (along with the neighboring villa) for nine nights with a group of close friends and had an incredible time! The views, pool, and surrounding area are spectacular—even better than the photos convey. It is exactly the Italian countryside experience we were hoping for. The host, Maria, and her family also went out of her way to make sure our entire stay was pleasant and memorable, including helping us arrange chefs for three of the evenings and local drivers to see local sites.

Cinzia e suo marito sono stati degli ospiti perfetti. Oltre ad aver accomodato il check-in in base alle nostre esigenze, ci hanno dato il benvenuto in modo cordiale, mostrandoci tutto il necessario per la nostra permanenza. L’appartamento è fornito di ogni comodità: dagli utensili da cucina e toletteria ad i calici per un buon bicchiere di vino di fronte al fantastico camino (che ci hanno fatto trovare pronto per essere acceso, un vero tocco di gentilezza e premura che dimostra la natura estremamente disponibile degli ospiti). La pulizia era impeccabile: ogni superficie e zona della casa è stata curata con estrema dovizia. Il luogo poi è incantevole, quasi fiabesco, estremamente suggestivo per un week end fuori porta di relax e riposo. Fortemente consigliato, noi torneremo di sicuro!

Arrivare e vivere qualche giorno in pace con la natura non ha prezzo La signora ci ha accolte con estrema famigliarità offrendoci un prosecco per festeggiare la festa della donna Ambiente pulito, silenzioso e spazioso. Ricco di ogni confort ci ha permesso di trascorrere giornate all’aria aperta , di cantare fino a tardi senza disturbare nessuno e di cucinare carne alla brace nello spazio organizzato nel giardino della casa. Aspettiamo con ansia qualcos’altro da festeggiare per poterci tornare… per una vacanza in gruppo Grazie Monica Arianna, Francesca, Manuela, Gloria, Rosa, Rossella

Very well designed place. Modern kitchen, rooms and bathrooms. Nice spot close to restaurants and attractions points. Self check-in was a breeze. Helped accomodate an earlier check-in time. Beds were super comfy. A lot of complimentary snacks and drinks, very appreciated after a long travel day. Washer and dryer was very convenient as well. Items that can bring the experience to a higher level : 1) small couch instead of the two chairs 2) get the shower drain to work better as water puddles after 3 mins of running water.

Our recent stay at Palazetto di Marmo was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views that surrounded the villa and the charming little village. Traveling with a group of six, we found the villa to be beautifully appointed, offering both comfort and luxury. The sophisticated and masterful interior design truly set Palazzetto di Marmo apart. Each room was designed with exquisite taste and attention to detail. The outdoor terrace and the adjoining pool area provided perfect spots for relaxation. Our days were filled with adventure as we embarked on various hiking trails and visits to nearby vineyards and historic towns. The hosts at Palazzzetto di Marmo went above and beyond in providing us with everything we needed. From the warm welcome to the thoughtful recommendations on local attractions, we felt well taken care of at all times. In summary, our stay at Palazzetto di Marmo exceeded every expectation. Non ho mai trovato tanti servizi offerti in un solo alloggio. Eliana è da subito stata disponibilissima a fornirci lettino da campeggio con tutto il necessario e un seggiolone di tutto rispetto per la nostra bambina di un anno e mezzo. La casa è piena di giochi per bambini e libri che la mia bimba ha subito saccheggiato! In cucina è disponibile il necessaire per farsi un te/tisana e una pasta, mentre il bagno è pieno di prodotti per tutti! Eliana ci ha anche consigliato attività e ristoranti nei dintorni, alloggio super approvato!

Perfect apartment for a couple when visiting the area. Everything was in order, from the check-in details to the great location for access to restaurants and activities. Matteo responded quickly to any inquiries, but few were needed, thanks to the clear and simple provisions of the apartment. Great stay!

Moira’s place was terrific, I couldn’t ask for a better host. Her cafe is convenient to the apartment and she was very attentive to our needs. The apartment in my opinion was nicer than what is posted. The kitchen is small but it has everything you’d need to prepare meals so no complaints. I would most definitely stay here again. Trevi is very nice quiet town.
