Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Die Orientierung des ganzen Betrieb sehr klar. Tiptope 3Zimmerwohnung. Perfekt eingerichtet. Auch für Kinder geeignet. Sehr freundliche Familie Rasicci. Schöne Poolanlage mit so schöner Aussicht zum Gran Sasso und Landschaft. Guter Ausgangspunkt für sehr interressante Ausflüge. Und nur 20 Min zum Meer. Tip: Es gibt guten Wein und Olivenöl zu kaufen! Bei Problemen wurde sehr schnell und kompetent reagiert! Für uns nur positive Erinnerungen. Wir waren ganze 3Wochen da und fühlten uns zu hause. Wir kommen wieder!!

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!

Our stay at Paolos house was great! It is a wonderful house and surrounding. We found everything what we needed and everything was clean and cosy! A perfect place to calm down. Paolo picked us up and led us directly to the accommodation, gave good advices and the communication was flawless. In addition Anna and Sophia (the dog) were a special add on ;) We definitely recommend this place!

L’appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione, pulito e con ampi spazi esterni a completa disposizione, in un posto tranquillo ma a soli 5 minuti dal mare. L’unica pecca è stata la mancanza del condizionatore ma Ettore è stato molto gentile a procurarci un secondo ventilatore. Ettore è stato disponibilissimo, sia per il check in (ci ha anche offerto frutta verdura e acqua), sia per info varie. Sicuramente da ritornare.

Casa Martin è ottima per passare il proprio tempo fuori dal caos cittadino.... Immersa nel verde, distante dalle strade urbane e quindi con totale assenza di rumori esterni, con ampio spazio verde intorno alla casa e una fantastica vista sul gran sasso e tutta la zona alle sue pendici. Abbiamo soggiornato in 8 persone per quattro giorni come fossimo a casa nostra, cucina spaziosa completa di tutto dal forno alla lavastoviglie, i riscaldamenti super funzionanti non hanno fatto percepire il freddo esterno. Il proprietario ci ha inviato tutto quel che c'era da sapere sulla casa e su come gestirla con un pratico pdf che spiegava tutto, anche come arrivare alla casa stessa.. Ottima Esperienza... La consiglio!

Zusammengefasst: Grosse Empfehlung! Vor Reiseantritt war der Kontakt mit Paolo super. Sehr aufmerksam. Wegen einer Strassensperrung mussten wir früher anreisen. Paolo bot uns unaufgefordert an früher einzuchecken. Die Villa ist genial. Die Kinder haben sich vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Eigener Gartenbereich, eigenes Jacuzzi und riesiger Gemeinschaftspool. Alles sehr gepflegt. Paolo war jeden Morgen da um nach dem Rechten zu sehen. Ansonsten war seine zuckersüsse Mutter immer vor Ort. Niemals aufdringlich - wir hatten maximale Privatsphäre und Freiheit. Die Villa ist super ausgestattet und sehr grosszügig. Das Bad und die Küche hätten einzig bei gewissen Fugen eine Auffrischung verdient. Aber alles war sauber! Dass nicht alles Geschirr bei jedem Neuantritt gereinigt werden kann, ist klar. Hier ein Appell an Airbnb Gäste. Paolo hat uns mit Tipps versorgt, Wünsche erfüllt und war mit seiner Mutter der perfekte Gastgeber. Für uns ein „superhost“. Anna e Paolo, un grande abbraccio!!!
