Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Andrea. L’appartement a bien convenu à notre famille de 4 personnes. L’endroit était calme avec une belle vue depuis la terrasse où nous avons pu prendre notre petit déjeuner. La partie « spa » avec hammam et bain avec hydromassage était un vrai plus pour nous reposer après nos excursions de la journée.

We loved our stay in this amazing place. It is situated in a non-touristy neighbourhood, with the magnificent Ducal Park literally just around the corner. Perfect for a stroll or a morning jog. Just a couple of minutes on foot to reach the bridge over the river and the historical center. The house is on 4 levels, with many original details, two bathrooms (very convenient, as we travelled with three adults), great atmosphere with lots of books, and as the cherry on the cake a garden. The rather stark fotographs are taken in the winter, but in april it is a lovely, lush place, where we had lunch in the sunshine. We slept very well and were only woken by the many birds that reside in the park. Adriano received us in person, which we appreciated very much, and shared with us some of his profound knowledge of the history and art of Parma. During our stay he stayed available for questions and always reacted quickly. We felt very welcom in this authentic house.

Magnífico lugar histórico, magnífica anfitriona: Caterina estuvo pendiente de nosotros siempre,la comunicación era muy rápida y ella es maravillosa,sin agobios,pero siempre dispuesta a ayudarnos. Recomiendo este lugar a cualquier persona que quiera estar en un lugar auténtico,en contacto directo con la naturaleza y con la mejor anfitriona posible.Volveremos,sin duda.Un gran abrazo a Caterina

Siamo stati (2 coppie di adulti) dal 24 al 27 aprile ospiti di Anna Maria. Casa molto bella, come da descrizione, nella campagna vicino Felino. È situata su una collinetta contornata da verde. È vicino a Felino ma è sempre necessario prendere l'auto per muoversi. Nelle vicinanze ci sono vari supermercati ed ottimi ristoranti (consiglio la Culatelleria a Sanguinaro) Ottima come punto di partenza per visitare i dintorni (abbiamo visto Parma, Fontanellato, Sala Baganza, Castello di Torrechiara). È stato un bel soggiorno. Host disponibile e gentile.

La casa è esattamente come descritta: le camere sono veramente molto spaziose e gli spazi attorno molto confortevoli. La terrazza è l'ideale per riposarsi il pomeriggio dopo un'escursione sul Monte Cantiere (altamente consigliata). Paolo e Federica sono stati gentilissimi, rispondendo molto velocemente e offrendo molte informazioni utili. Infine ci hanno incoraggiato a utilizzare gli ortaggi dal suo orto che erano veramente deliziosi.

Casa molto comoda, piscina pulita e grande. Pietro, nonostante non l’abbiamo visto, è sempre stato disponibile a rispondere e a darci indicazioni. Unica pecca è la posizione. Bisogna fare un bel viaggio per fare qualche attività. Ma per il resto è ottimo.

A very large, clean, and comfortable home. Monia was very accommodating and very communicative. The house is large and we felt right at home immediately. I would definitely stay here again.

Cristina è stata una persona stupenda, ci ha accolti come fossimo componenti della sua famiglia. Ci ha consigliato diverse attività da fare, la visita in acetaia di Alessandra ci è rimasta nel cuore. Ritorneremo sicuramente ❤️

Our two-nights stay was very pleasant. The apartment is beautiful - well organized, nicely decorated and luminous. We really appreciated having two bathrooms to our use! The position was perfect for us - easily accessible by car and at a walking distance from all Parma's attractions. Laura was absolutely complete in all her instructions and she proactively gave us recommendations for restaurants and activities which we felt as a kind attention. We highly recommend this accomodation!

We stayed for two months in Nadia's apartment and had a very nice time. The apartment was very clean and all basic things were in place. Nice to have two enclosed little yards where we could let our little dog out. The neighbors we met were very friendly and the property is kept in good condition. The village of Cavriago is peaceful and quiet and there are a few restaurants and smaller shops. Within 200 meters was a rather large Conad supermarket, a pharmacy and a cosy family restaurant. We can definitely recommend the apartment and Nadia as a host.

The apartmen is a very special place,,it feels like home. Super location,,great place and the host very responsibel,kind,answers for everything and very quickly. I recommend this apartment a lot but remember to treat it well because it is a very special house. Thank you Alberto and Anna.

Barbara’s apartment was perfect for our stay in Parma. It is in a great location with a short walk to the centre of the city. Barbara’s restaurant suggestions were very welcome.

Great place to stay and visit Parma. We visited only one night as a stop-over and it was just great. Quiet, comfortable bed and everything you need, at hand in the apartment. Thank you for having us.

Non abbiamo conosciuto personalmente la signora Ivana ma è stata sempre pronta a rispondere e a venire incontro ai nostri bisogni. L’appartamento dispone di tutti i comfort, la cucina è completa, il bagno è piccolo ma ben organizzato. Silenzioso e luminoso.

A Michela foi atenciosa por nos receber e orientar sobre o estacionamento e nos acompanhou até o apto, que por sinal é muito lindo e confortável.

Accueil très chaleureux d'Alfredo, il a pris le temps de nous informer sur les incontournables de Parme que ce soit culturel ou gastronomique. L'appartement est fonctionnel et calme tout en étant dans le centre historique. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Casa Simonetta. Nous recommandons vivement.

Tatiana’s place was great. Not far from the train station and the main downtown area. It was quiet except for the few late drunkards that walked past. Overall I would highly recommend this location..

L'alloggio messo a disposizione da Silvia è in un'area molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissimo ai luoghi di interesse, che si possono raggiungere facilmente a piedi. L'appartamento è confortevolissimo, molto pulito e accogliente! Silvia è una host molto disponibile, è stata molto chiara nelle indicazioni e ha risposto sempre con gentilezza e venendomi incontro nelle mie necessità, soprattutto relative al check out posticipato. Consiglio vivamente!
