Paola and Alessio were great hosts. Alessio welcomed us warmly and went out of his way to assist us with transportation when we left. The apartment is well located directly across from the beach and with lots of nearby restaurants. It has large comfortable bedrooms and is clean and well presented.

Great place to stay, a family oriented community and felt safe and secure. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable, and was very convenient to the beach. Definitely would recommend staying there and will revisit again.

I Booked this late because Alessia of "House by the sea and city center” cancelled me very late from a months old booking when little but this remained, albeit more expensive, no dishwasher and not near my friends... all personal issues, of course, and may not apply to everyone. The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable, well equipped (exept no dishwasher), near the beach and spotlessly clean. Check-in was a bit bumpy and at this price point it would have been nice to be met rather communicating by whats app. Once in, it went well. Elena was always available and most responsive and helpful with apartment info and info about Pescara. Whats app queries were were answered almost instantly. Very comforting. Although listed in the description, there was no microwave. After I pointed that out to the hosts, a microwave arrived in 24 hours. Like I said - responsive. My personal quibbles aside, this apartment is very nice, very comfortable and the hosts are most accommodating.

Heerlijk veel ruimte, binnen en buiten! Erg knus ingericht met veel leuke vintage details. We zouden graag nog eens terug komen!

Der Aufenthalt bei Francesca war wie gewünscht. Alles war fussläufig erreichbar und bei Fragen war stand sie stets zur Verfügung. Ich kann die Unterkunft empfehlen für einen kurzen Städtetrip in Pescara ☺️

We werden hartelijk ontvangen door Simonetta zelf. We voelden ons direct thuis en ze gaf ons de nodige uitleg van de accommodatie. Mochten we nog iets nodig hebben, qua taxi, fietsen, … dat regelde ze dat voor ons. Ik zou er zo zelf kunnen wonen in het verblijf, heel gezellig en knus. Gelijk het op de foto’s te zien is. Strand is op wandel afstand. Ik kan geen min punten opnoemen eigenlijk die wij hebben ervaren tijdens het verblijf. Super verblijf en super host. Dank je wel Simonetta voor het warme onthaal.

Апартаменти Роберти виявилися кращими, ніж на фото. Просторні чисті кімнати, ортопедичні матраци, м'які подушки, чиста коттонова білизна і полотенці. Для чоловіка було місце, де він працював онлайн. До моря 5 хвилин ходьби. До магазину 135 метрів, а до перукарні 30м. Поряд наш улюблений ресторан Azzuro, куди ми ходимо вже 3й рік. Роберта- мила, красива, доброзичлива. На всі питання відповідає люб'язно і негайно. Рекомендую. Ми обов'язково повернемося.

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt bei Francesca. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren super sauber und gemütlich, auch die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Die Lage ist top – nur ca. 200 Meter bis zum Strand und auch die Stadt ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Francesca ist eine freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: Die Zimmer sind recht hellhörig, und einige andere Gäste waren spät abends noch laut, was den Schlaf gestört hat – dafür kann die Gastgeberin aber nichts. Wer empfindlich auf Geräusche reagiert, sollte das im Hinterkopf behalten. Insgesamt aber ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt – würde wiederkommen!

It’s a really nice place right next to the beach. The bus stop is about 3 mins walk away, lots of restaurants in the area and a grocery shop 10 mins walk away. The flat is equipped with everything you’d probably need. Marco was very friendly and polite. Definitely recommend :)

Ich kann dieses Haus mit dem großartigen Garten nur wärmstens empfehlen! Wir haben jeden Moment genossen und waren angenehm überrascht, wie schön und komfortabel alles war. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst hilfsbereit und herzlich, und haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich unvergesslich gemacht. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

L’appartamento è piccolo ma dotato di ogni conforto. Il bagno piccolo ma funzionale, il soggiorno con il divano letto perfetto. Ottimo l’angolo cottura ricavato sul terrazzo chiuso con vetrate scorrevoli, così da poter cucinare senza avere odori in casa. Il vero valore aggiunto di questo appartamento è però il terrazzo. Grande vivibile e ottimamente attrezzato! Impagabile è anche il posteggio interno e gratuito. La posizione è molto comoda per chi come noi vuole una vacanza a misura di bambino o della tranquillità. Il mare è raggiungibile dopo pochi passi, tant’è che tornavamo a casa per il pranzo senza alcun problema. L’unica pecca è la mancanza di servizi nelle immediate vicinanze (bar, ristoranti, ecc… è presente sotto casa una piccola struttura che fa cibo tipico da mangiare in loco e da asporto, ci ha salvato almeno un paio di cene!) ma comunque nulla che non possa essere risolto utilizzando delle biciclette.

Appartamento molto signorile, datato ma tenuto in modo splendido e “rinfrescato” da poco. Non manca veramente nulla tranne una TV . Mila ha provveduto veramente a tutto, la cucina il bagno e le camere super accessoriate, tutte con cose nuove. Terrazzo strepitoso e con vista mozzafiato. Purtroppo il soggiorno è stato tropo breve. Spero di tornarci.

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Wszystko zgodnie z opisem i jak na zdjęciach. Okolica spokojna - szczególnie poza sezonem. Giovanni jest świetnym gospodarzem - podał bardzo dokładne instrukcje zameldowania, przesłał listę rekomendowanych atrakcji i restauracji, błyskawicznie odpowiadał na wszelkie pytania, np. o najbliższą wypożyczalnię rowerów. Polecamy.

Delizioso appartamento curato nei dettagli che mostra l’evidente passione per le cose belle di chi lo gestisce. C’è anche un ampio terrazzo che, essendoci io stato d’inverno, non ho potuto utilizzare ma che d’estate si presenterà come un ampio salone esterno. Il contesto condominiale è signorile, moderno e, soprattutto, molto tranquillo. Manlio è stato un host strepitoso e super disponibile che fa sentire subito a proprio agio l’ospite col suo sorriso accattivante e sincero. Ci ritornerò di sicuro!

Fabrizio was so kind, being flexible with our check-in time since we were traveling in from Assisi and accidentally got off at the wrong train stop! The place was beautiful- very clean and cared for. The location was one block away from the beach and vespa rentals!! Everything was within walking distance. The city was a beautiful way to spend the weekend. We could not be happier with the stay. Pobyt w apartamencie Laury był bardzo udany. Miejsce ciche, spokój, widok z balkonu na morze zasługuje na szczególne podkreślenie..Blisko do centrum, na plażę, do kawiarni, restauracji i sklepów. To był mój kolejny pobyt u Laury i na pewno jeszcze to wrócę. Polecam Laurę- kontakt jest natychmiastowy i jest bardzo uprzejmą osobą. Dziękuję!
