O apartamento de Mario é lindo, super confortável e de frente para a Torre di Mola. A vista para o mar é um diferencial. O estacionamento é na rua mas não é difícil achar vaga. Fomos recebidos pelo Gianluca muito simpático. Tudo organizado e funcional. Eles também dão várias dicas do que fazer e até oferecem descontos para hospedes. Voltaremos com certeza.

Ciò che si apprezza di più di questa location è la pace e la tranquillità del luogo, proprio sulle rive del lago, aprendo la finestra, si ha vista diretta sul tramonto e sulle acque tranquille del Lago di Paola e potersi rilassare a fine giornata nel proprio giardino a ridosso della riva è un’esperienza rara. È inoltre a 5 min di macchina dal centro città e dalla spiaggia, permettendo di godere di mare e lago in una stessa vacanza. È stato un piacere conoscere Michele e Clarissa, premurosi e gentili, che abitano lì in zona e presenti per ogni evenienza, hanno la capacità di farti sentire non un semplice ospite ma parte della famiglia, pur garantendo totale autonomia, indipendenza e privacy, mix ideale tra consapevolezza di avere supporto per consigli su luoghi, ristoranti e attrazioni e sensazione di libertà e ritrovo con se stessi. Perfetto per un soggiorno di coppia o di famiglia. Noi siamo stati lì in coppia con due bimbi piccoli che hanno goduto dello spazio esterno del giardino. Ci siamo trovati talmente bene che alla fine abbiamo deciso di rimanere addirittura una notte in più! Torneremo sicuramente.

Our stay for more than 1 month was amazing! The house is huge, it has a piano and a game room with ping pong table that we used a lot! It has really nice bedrooms, living rooms and places to hang. The house was very clean and the owner insisted on cleaning the house ones a week to change sheets and cleaning the bathroom in each bedroom. My only little downgrade was that the Kitchen is a little small but well equipped and clean. Much recommended!

Our stay at Maristella's was absolutely perfect. Easy check in with Mrs Rosanna, who was just so sweet. The apartment was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean with modern furniture, the bedroom was just stunning, very large and cosy into the bargain. The kitchen was very practical and all the utensils you could require to cook with. The bathroom was large and well ventilated, even a heated towel rail and small heating fan available for those chilly days. The washing machine was a real asset. A large balcony was lovely for sitting on in the afternoon watching people wonder around. It was perfectly located for exploring the area and the lake area was very pretty with restaurants and bars to relax by the water. Maristella was a very communicative host, sending local sites to see and recommending restaurants to eat at. Please stay here if you are considering visiting the region. Close to all major attractions in the area.

À rare gem! I have been including a stop in Sperlonga every time I come to Italy just because of this Airbnb and the unparalleled welcome I always get by host, Stella. It is simply perfect in every way. The place feels like home, large and spacious, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and in a beautiful location with the aroma of fruit trees and lovely flowers. As soon as we arrive, we start to relax as we feel as if our comfort in her home is paramount to her. She takes great care to make your stay unique and one that you will not forget. Don’t hesitate to ask and you will get great recommendations for places to visit in the area, she has great knowledge on the area. You will also have all you need in this spacious beautiful home to cook, relax and sleep well. I feel lucky to have stumbled on this wonderful place and grateful to host Stella for her hospitality that goes beyond the ordinary into the extraordinary. I had a wonderful stay at this charming villa, which is perfectly located near both a serene lake and the sea. The expansive garden surrounding the property was a real highlight, providing a peaceful and private retreat with plenty of space to relax. our two dog ladies were excited! The villa itself was exceptionally comfortable, with cozy interiors that made it feel like a home away from home. The fireplace added a lovely touch, especially on cooler evenings, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The Emilio was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure that we had everything that we need. One of the most memorable aspects was waking up to the stunning view from the bedroom, where we could see the lake right from the window. It was the perfect setting for a tranquil getaway, combining nature's beauty with thoughtful amenities. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic retreat with a welcoming host who is always ready to help.
