Maria Rita and her husband Pino could not have been kinder and more helpful to me, particularly as I was in need whilst waking the Cammino di San Benedetto and was having feet injury problems. They were extremely generous hosts and looked after me very well. I would definitely stay here again in their lovely house if I return to Subiaco.

We had such an amazing time at Cati's place! The apartment itself is simply stunning: modern, clean, has all the necessary amenities (and even more!) and decorated in a very charming and special way by Cati herself. You can see how much effort she put into this place that carries her style and talent. It's located in the heart of Carpineto Romano and you can walk around. The views are stunning. Communication with Cati was always easy and instructions are clear. We would love to come back! Thanks for everything Cati!!!

Très bon logement, à la hauteur de la description et des photos. il y a une salle de bain par chambre et la cuisine est très bien équipée. la terrasse est un véritable plus.

la casa e' squisita, perfetto per una coppia. la seconda camera e la camera doppia sono attaccate l uno con l altro quindi o vi conoscete bene tutti o forse potrebbe essere un po' strano se siete più di una coppia. il villaggio e carina in mezzo al verde e tutto sommato Venafro la città sotto a conca casale e ben collegata. tanto fresco la notte. cortile fantastico per cene la sera (attenti ai 🦂) Giuseppe e stato molto cortese ci ha anche fatto trovare l acqua fresca al nostro arrivo, molto apprezzato! saponi e altro tutti disponibile. l unica cosa forse i materassi un po' duri :) grazie di tutto e alla prossima visita!

Ottimo posto pulitissimo! Vicino al centro molto pratico! Ben attrezzato c'è tutto quello che serve. La doccia troppo piccola però. Roccavivi è sempre così bella e si mangia molto bene una favola! Ci torneremo senz'altro!

Edda's house is located in the mountains, away from any busy roads. Nearby is a historic hilltop village with narrow roads, best to drive there (or walk upo the hill) and then explore by foot. There is a bustling local community and I recommend the "Mozzarella Store" at the nearby cross-road, which apart from the local cheese also sells excellent bread, pizzas and ham. The house is large and has 3 big bedrooms and Edda and her husband have been excellent hosts throughout our stay.

Siamo partiti da Roma per sfuggire al caldo. Cercavamo un posto tranquillo, al fresco, immerso nel verde, dove poter soggiornare con i nostri due cani e da cui esplorare i dintorni con escursioni, visite e attività varie. Casa Rosella è il posto perfetto per tutto questo. La struttura è un gioiello che supera la descrizione e le foto per quanto comunque fedeli alla realtà. La pulizia e la cura dei dettagli fanno sentire sin da subito ben accolti. Antonio è una persona fantastica, discreta e allo stesso tempo estremamente premurosa e attenta. Ci ha coccolato con prodotti naturali del luogo,ottimi i fichi, le marmellate e i biscotti. La cura dello spazio esterno rispecchia il suo amore per la campagna. Il tutto è ben delimitato avendoci permesso di lasciare liberi i nostri due cani. Posizione ottimale per visite limitrofe (letteralmente 5 minuti dalle grotte dell'arco e 15 da Subiaco, qualcosina in più per Cascate di Trevi e Jenne ma comunque molto comodo). Non fatevelo scappare!

Ho soggiornato in questo alloggio ed è stata un’esperienza fantastica! Casa pulita, accogliente e dotata di tutto il necessario. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Ottima scelta per chi cerca comfort e tranquillità. La consiglio assolutamente!

Alessia met us & helped us In. We didn’t know much about the area. We’d seen photos of the waterfall and the castle. It’s 1h from Rome, 1.5 Fumicino airport , 45 minutes from Montecassino & 2 hours from Naples nestled in the Appenine mountains. So beautiful and there’s so much to see. The natural beauty and peaceful location away from the cities makes it so relaxing. Great seafood restaurant just below. We hired a local (Diego) filmmaker who has made several documentaries on the area to guide us through the beautiful and historical area of Ciociaría. He is an amazing fountain of information. For 2 days he took us to the sights the gorgeous views & wonderful restaurants. Alessia can give you his information. There are no taxis so you must arrange transportation ahead. Alessia stocked the apartment with waters snacks and coffee. We were thrilled to enjoy all of it. There’s no elevator but it didn’t stop us.There’s no WiFi but Diego lent us a box for the duration of the stay.

A lovely flat in a quiet, accessible part of the town. Spotlessly clean and with the best view from the bedroom window of any Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Giulia responds really fast to any messages and is friendly and helpful.

Abbiamo trascorso tre giorni a Subiaco visitando il paese, in particolare l'abbazia dei Borgia, ed abbiamo fatto rafting sul fiume Aniene. Una scoperta sono state il monastero di San Benedetto e l'abbazia di Santa Scolastica oltre al meraviglioso laghetto di San Benedetto. Inoltre a pochi minuti in macchina é possibile visitare Cervara di Roma che é un paesino arroccato ricco di opere d'arte (poesie, dipinti, sculture) sparse per i vicoli... e di scale! Flavio é stato sempre molto gentile e l'appartamento é ideale per trascorrere dei giorni a Subiaco sentendosi a casa.

I don't think you can beat this place for the price anywhere. I wish I could have stayed longer in Abruzzo. This was my first trip to Italy, so I had to at least spend a few days in Rome first. Next time I'll come straight to Gioia dei Marsi and try to take in all of the beauty that is Abruzzo!! Grazie mille!!

Un séjour inoubliable dans un cadre exceptionnel ! Le logement proposé par Leandrina et Ugo est tout simplement magnifique : pittoresque, spacieux, impeccablement propre et parfaitement en harmonie avec le charmant village de Villetta Barrea, au cœur des Abruzzes. Mais ce qui rend l’expérience vraiment unique, c’est la rencontre avec Leandrina et Ugo, des hôtes d’une rare gentillesse et d’un accueil chaleureux. Mention spéciale pour les délicieux petits déjeuners préparés avec soin par Leandrina – un vrai régal chaque matin ! Merci aussi à Sophie, la guide nature, grâce à qui nous avons eu la chance d’observer deux ours dans leur environnement naturel. Un grand merci à tous pour ce merveilleux séjour.

Nous avons passé une très bonne première nuit en Italie chez Marcelle. Le lieu est magnifique et très paisible, parmi les oliviers et les citronniers. Le petit déjeuner est excellent avec des spécialités. Marcelle et son mari sont très gentils et attentionnés. Marcelle nous a conseillé des restaurants aux alentours et les a appelés pour en trouver un ouvert car c’était dimanche de Pâques donc plusieurs étaient fermés. Pour finir, c’est très propre et la literie est de qualité. Nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés. Encore merci !

Il soggiorno è stato ottimo. La casa era ordinata, pulita e c'era tutto a disposizione. La zona è centralissima, ci si può spostare a piedi e ci sono molti bar, negozi e ristoranti. La signora Concetta è stata veramente amichevole e disponibile. Se dovessi tornare a Cassino, ci ritornerei con piacere.

Es la mejor experiencia Airbnb que he tenido. El lugar tiene una vista hermosa, estaba extremadamente limpio y acogedor. Contaba con todas las cosas necesarias y hasta más. Alessandro y su familia nos hicieron sentir en casa.(tienen un perro hermoso). Carpineto es una joya que recomiendo visitar y su parte antigua es impresionante; hay muy buena comida por todo lado.. Toda la experiencia fue 10/10 y recomiendo a cualquier persona el Airbnb de Alessandro y Carpineto Romano. Un posto magnífico per fare una bella vacanza, tranquilo, pieno dei fiori, si possiamo ritornare lo faremmo, grazie mille!:)

Ottima posizione vicino alla stazione e al parcheggio comunale. Ambiente di design, moderno e curato. Camera tripla con bagno molto spaziosa, con luci notturne blu e parete guardaroba, dotata di tutti gli accessori. A disposizione la colazione e occorrente per té/caffè o altre bevande durante la giornata, ma non si possono usare i fornelli.
