We had a great stay at Robert and Joanna's guest house. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. They even provided some treats from their own garden. The accommodation is exactly as advertised and the view is possibly even better. We enjoyed the serenity and the beautiful scenery. Perfect to discover Monti Sibillini and go for a hike. You will also find several cosy villages nearby, like Penna San Giovanni and Sarnano. We would definitely come again!

La casa di Sabina è un autentico "locus amoenus" in cui ho trovato la semplicità, l'accoglienza discreta e la pace che cercavo. E' davvero un bel posto situato in un contesto agreste molto interessante da scoprire; comodo al mare e vicino a luoghi i interesse culturale. La casa è arredata con gusto , perfettamente in sintonia con il contesto. Sabina e Emir....sembrano quegli incontri dei quali ci si chiede se non li si conosca già da anni... sempre pronti, amichevoli, ma mai invadenti. Due care persone. E i loro cagnolini, due personaggi sbarazzini che arricchiscono il valore del soggiorno. Tornerò! Paola

Abbiamo trascorso alcuni giorni molto piacevoli in questa casa. La posizione è ottima, con un panorama davvero bello e rilassante, ideale per staccare dalla routine e godersi un po’ di tranquillità. Abbiamo trovato la casa accogliente e ben curata. Speriamo di poterci tornare in futuro, magari prendendoci ancora più tempo per apprezzare questi posti davvero belli.

La casa è immersa in un borgo ricco di storia, e si possono raggiungere a piedi sia il mare che il bosco circostante, facendo bellissime passeggiate. Siamo stati accolti dalla co-host Antonella che si è prodigata nell'aiutarci con i bagagli (la nostra auto era troppo grande e non siamo riusciti a entrare nella piazzetta di fronte alla casa). Il terra-tetto è stato oggetto di una ristrutturazione conservativa che ha rispettato i materiali originari ma che ha garantito un efficientamento importante, bagni nuovi, cucina nuova, riscaldamento eccellente considerando le tante stanze. La casa è accogliente, luminosa, ampia (tre camere e due bagni) e ci sono due splendidi terrazzi con una impareggiabile vista mare. Siamo stati benissimo e abbiamo apprezzato molto la vita all'interno del borgo.

Le logement est situé dans un très bel endroit. La piscine a debordement est immense avec une vue imprenable. La maison est tres bien entretenue et le jardin magnifique. Nous avons été accueilli par Stefania mais avons passé le séjour avec Pia et Agno qui sont les parents de Stefania. Quel bonheur, une merveilleuse rencontre, très touchante et humaine. Ils ont été aux petits soins pour nous. Nous sommes vraiment touchés par nos échanges et si nous revenons dans la région, nous retournerons les voir avec grand plaisir.

Cinzia è stata molto accogliente, la casa è grande e comoda con ampi spazi. La casa ha una terrazza panoramica in cima a una scala. Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole ci torneremo.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso a La Casetta. Immersa nel verde, con una vista mozzafiato sulle colline marchigiane, l’alloggio è il rifugio ideale per chi cerca tranquillità e natura. La casa è accogliente, pulita e ben attrezzata, con uno spazio esterno perfetto per rilassarsi , fare colazione al mattino o cenare al tramonto. La posizione è strategica, a pochi chilometri sia dal mare che dalla montagna. Host gentili e disponibili. Ci torneremmo volentieri!

Honestly one of the best hosts and stays I ever had. Raffaella is an amazing host; extremely friendly and kind. She offered to pick us up from the train station and on another day she picked us up from the supermarket as we were yet to get our car. She kept checking on us, gave us great restaurants recommendations and made our stay very enjoyable. The flat itself is very nice and spotless. Located very close to Fermo historical centre (walking distance) and easy connections to the towns around. Wifi is also good and stable if you need to do some zoom work calls. Overall very happy and I will definitely come back.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Lido di Fermo und fühlten uns sofort sehr wohl in diesem tollen Penthouse, das Gästen allen nötigen Komfort bietet und mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Das Highlight der Wohnung ist die Rundum-Dachterasse mit einem unglaublichen Panorama-Blick, zwei Außenduschen und super Sitzmöglichkeiten, die dank ausfahrbaren Sonnendächern auch Schatten beim Mittagessen mit Meerblick spenden. Matteo war ein aufmerksamer Gastgeber und hat immer sehr schnell auf Fragen reagiert und uns mit hilreichen Tipps versorgt. Danke für alles - wir kommen gerne wieder :-D

struttura molto bella, attrezzata ed esteticamente favolosa. La mia personale opinione sarebbe di montare delle zanzariere anche nelle altre stanze oltre il bagno. Per il resto perfetto,Sarah ci ha fatto trovare pane, torta ed altre cose buone, nonché una apprezzabile bottiglia d'acqua fresca che ci voleva proprio! Grazie Sarah e grazie Mark!

Casale rustico splendidamente ristrutturato. Appartamento al piano terra, pulito, molto attrezzato, riscaldato, climatizzato, corrispondente alle foto. Marco è stato gentilissimo durante il soggiorno e per il check in. La posizione della casa è ottima con un auto per visitare i dintorni. La zona è molto tranquilla, con belle vedute sui colli e i monti. La proprietà è adiacente a una strada provinciale molto poco trafficata e l'esterno è condiviso con i proprietari che abitano nella casa adiacente. Soggiorno piacevolissimo.

Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und es hat alles bestens gepasst. Besonders dankbar bin ich für den flexiblen Check-In da ich erst später als erwartet angekommen bin. Francesco hat mir alles gezeigt und mir auch Tipps für Lokale gegeben! Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, mit Parkplatz und ich habe gut geschlafen ;) vielen Dank!

Fantastisk leilighet og beliggenhet. Terrassen er magisk! Panorama utsikt! Vakre fjell og vakkert hav. Kort vei til alt. Fermo er en vakker by! Marche er en vakker region! Chiara er en utmerket vert. Hun hadde laget kake❤️ Den var veldig god. For et sted! Anbefales! Takk❤️

Ich beginne zuerst mit der Gastfreundschaft: Deborah war immer erreichbar. Alle Fragen konnte schnell und unkompliziert beantwortet werden. Einrichtung und Hygiene: Die Einrichtung ist sehr hochwertig und gepflegt. Sie ist sehr Stilvoll eingerichtet und man fühlt sich schnell wohl. Der Außenbereich: Eine wunderschöne Atmosphäre die man Abend's nach einem langen Tag wunderbar und in absoluter Ruhe genießen kann. Es wurden schöne Details wie Lichter Mobiliar im Garten aufgestellt. Ankunft: Sofort ein tolles erstes zusammentreffen in der Unterkunft. Eine mühsam zusammengestellte Lieste mit allen wichtigen Hinweisen werden ausgelegt, sodass man nicht vermehrt offene Fragen die während des Aufenthalts aufkommen, stellen muss Strand: Die Lage zu einem Strand der aus Sand besteht, ist in ca 10-15 Autominuten zu erreichen. Für kinder sehr einladen, da sie dort ein tolles Programm für Groß und Klein Gibt. Liegen mit Schirm können gemietet werden. Wir:2 Erwach.+2Kid. Waren sehr zufrieden.

This place had a breathtaking view and is very spacious with 4 terraces. The photos really don't do justice, but it actually is a two-story penthouse on the top of an apartment with a living room, kitchen, bathroom in the first floor and two bedrooms, another bathroom, and a family room in the second. Luigi was very responsive and kind. The neighborhood is quiet and a nearby restaurant (Ristorante La Locanda del Conte) served amazing Norcina pasta and arrosticini, highly recommended. The scenery is so beautiful that we regretted not booking the place for multiple nights. Just one note, there is a rude neighbor in the apartment, but he apparently is rude to everybody, so don't feel too hurt. And there is no wifi in the house, so be aware of that!

ho soggiornato una settimana presso l'appartamento di Simona e devo dire che mi sono trovato benissimo. Era tutto perfettamente pulito ed estremamente funzionale, la qualità degli arredi mi ha piacevolmente stupito. Ottima l'accoglienza

we spent a night during our vacation, we were friendly welcomed, the flat is beautiful and we had everything we needed. the area is beautiful and peaceful. Just few minutes away from the beach, but in a quiet area. Next time we will come for longer!

Angela und Massimilliano sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fragen zwischendurch auch mal nach ob alles in Ordnung ist oder was fehlt. Da sie selbst auch im Haus wohnen sind sie schnell bei Problemen vor Ort. Die Kommunikation ist recht schnell. Zur Wohnung Der Ausblick ist einfach phänomenal. Man sollte sich aber vorher im klaren sein das man im 15. Stock ist und das Geländer ist etwas mehr als hüfthoch. Ansonsten alles positiv die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was für tägliche Bedürfnisse reicht. Küche, Waschmaschine, Fön, Grundausstattung und vieles mehr. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren frisch. Unser Hund war auch sehr willkommen. Das Café im ersten Stock hat eine gute Auswahl morgens zum Kaffee und wir haben dort jeden Abend unseren Absacker genossen. Der Parkplatz ist abgeschlossen und kostenlos. Zum Strand sind es wenige Gehminuten. Über die Straße und schon da. Wir haben unseren Urlaub genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

abbiamo soggiornato in questo splendido appartamento in occasione dei festeggiamenti di capodanno 20222, tutto perfetto, location bellissima veramente immersa nel verde e con un silenzio e pace incredibile, la casa corrisponde alle foto e alla descrizione, ci siamo trovati benissimo sia per la casa, le attrezzature e elettrodomestici forniti e del riscaldamento, consigliamo assolutamente il soggiorno presso Henrik, sempre disponibile e raggiungibile tramite whatzapp, l'unica nota da segnalare è che se avete un auto molto bassa stile sportiva o simili potreste avere qualche piccolo problema sull'ultimo tratto di strada per raggiungere l'alloggio siccome la strada è di sassi ma resta leggermente alta nel centro e in alcuni tratti sentivo grattare sotto....ma niente di che.... il paesaggio e la posizione ricompensano il tutto! :) super consiglio

Alberto è stato impeccabile ci siamo trovati benissimo per quel poco che ci siamo stati, la signora maura gentilissima non ci ha fatto mancare niente.. Panorama stupendo.

Eine wunderbare Erfahrung, die Judith uns ermöglicht hat. Unser Highlight: Der fantastische Blick, der Dich rund um die Uhr auf der großen privaten Terrasse, inkl. Liegestühlen, einem großen Tisch für Mahlzeiten, Arbeiten und co. sowie einem Sonnenschirm begleitet. Herrlich. Die Ruhe, tolle Ausflugsziele in alle Richtungen und die super nette Gastgeberin Judith rundeten das Bild für uns ab. Judith ist unglaublich toll: sie ist immer da, bringt 1.-Moskito-Hilfe, kümmert sich sofort, wenn Du etwas brauchst und schickte mir sogar meinen vergessenen Mantel durch halb Italien hinterher. Zur Begrüßung stellte sie uns frisches Obst hin und sie brachte uns regelmäßig frische Eier von ihren Hühnern vorbei. Was will man mehr!? Zum Abschied genossen wir noch eine tolle Unterhaltung mit ihr. Danke Judith für alles !!! Rahul & Lisa

Ho soggiornato nell'appartamento di Matteo a Porto San Giorgio e non posso che parlarne benissimo. La casa è accogliente, pulita e curata nei minimi dettagli, con tutto il necessario per trascorrere un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. La posizione è perfetta: a due passi dal mare e comoda per raggiungere tutto ciò che serve. Matteo si è dimostrato un host disponibile, gentile e sempre pronto a rispondere a ogni esigenza con cortesia e tempestività. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento a chi cerca tranquillità, comfort e un'accoglienza calorosa. Ci tornerei volentieri!
