We really enjoyed our time in the house and the village. It is a beautiful house carefully and beautiful renovated! There are various lovely rooms with different atmospheres to spent the day, relaxing, reading, eating etc. The roof terrace is a lovely place to have an aperitif in the evening and the courtyard/garden is wonderful location to have dinner. The living room is great for reading or watching a movie with the presenter! The kitchen is perfectly equipped. It is a pleasure to cook and bake there! Massimiliano was always very helpful and gave us great recommendation for visits in the surrounding, restaurants and beaches. We can highly recommend this house and the people who care of it! We will definitely come back!!!

Consiglio vivamente intorno tante cose belle da scoprire posizione della casa a tutto il necesario intorno supermercato farmacia panetteria davanti una spiaggia molto tranquilla noi siamo stati molto bene la disponibilità di Giovanni sempre presente!! 😊casa molto comoda e pulita come descritto.

Nous nous sommes sentis tout de suite chez nous chez Giacomo et Caterina. Caterina a été très attentionnée tout au long de notre séjour, elle nous a accueilli avec un petit déjeuner et nous a partagé ses petits plats faits maison. Le logement est très chaleureux et parfait pour 2 personnes. La vue sur la baie est incroyable, nous avons adoré pouvoir vivre quelques jours au rythme de la mer. Caterina nous a donné pleins d'adresses et activités à proximité. Nous avions un Kayak à disposition gratuitement pour aller voir les plages sauvages près de l'appartement. Nous vous recommandons chaleureusement cette location ! 😊

Lovely house in front of The Ionian sea

Le Fratte is a wonderful site with lots of plants and this house a gem! Bigger, more beautiful and cozy than on the pictures we spend here some wonderful days and didn't mind some of them to be rainy at all, as one could still sit on the huge covered terrace and enjoy the view. The beaches right in front of the site are beautiful, but require at least some basic fitness to get down to and up from. There's a big beach next to the porto touristico not far away that should be easily accessible for everyone though. The Ristorante in the village, Le Pagoda, was still opened in late October, which we almost didn't expect, so in case you don't want to use the kitchen (which has all the basics and much more so you're ready to cook) once in a while, there's a surprisingly good option to eat out (try the swordfish carpaccio) just a 5 minute walk away. 10/10 would definitely go back again.

Ciao Giulio e Francesca, il nostro soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole! L'appartamento è accogliente e ben organizzato, con tanti spazi utili per sistemare le proprie cose. Il riscaldamento funziona perfettamente e, nonostante il bagno sia piccolo, risponde a tutte le necessità. Vorremmo suggerire solo un paio di piccoli miglioramenti che potrebbero rendere l’esperienza ancora più confortevole per i prossimi ospiti: una qualità migliore per cuscini e materasso renderebbe il riposo ancora più piacevole; sarebbe utile trovare a disposizione alcuni essenziali per la cucina, come sapone per i piatti, olio, sale, zucchero e magari un po’ di caffè. Grazie ancora per l’ospitalità, un abbraccio e a presto!

Pasquale und seine Mutter waren sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber! Pasquale war jederzeit zu erreichen. Das gemütliche Apartment liegt in einer wunderschönen Klosteranlage am Rande des Ortes Cirò. Besonders die Küche und die Terrasse sind hervorzuheben! Grazie!

Soggiornare nella casa di Eleonora è stata la vacanza nella vacanza. La casa è fresca, accogliente, funzionale, arredata e decorata con amore e passione. Abbiamo trovato la casa linda e pulita, con biancheria ricamata. Dalla terrazza di casa, oltre alla vista sul mare, si gode della brezza e del fresco tipico del borgo. La cucina è ben accessoriata, i letti sono comodi, il bagno - piccolo- ma funzionale (è presenteuna seconda doccia nel giardino sotto casa). Siamo stati benissimo e spero proprio di poter tornare. Eleonora è una persona squisita e disponibile

Staying at Francesco's place was an unforgettable experience. He welcomed us warmly and ensured our stay was not just comfortable but truly memorable. The house itself is a charming haven surrounded by beautiful orange groves, and Francesco generously gifted us with a bounty of fresh, delicious oranges and citruses. Such a cute apartment in a really old hilltop town. If you want to experience local culture, this is the place to be. A lot of the locals spoke German which helped us to communicate! But generally there are not many attractions nearby. If you want a place to chill out and wind down with a beautiful view, this the place. Eleonora put a lot of attention into detail and even left us snacks. The access was quite difficult with very skinny streets, but we saw it as an adventure! There are restaurant in the town down the hill which are quite good.

Catia ist eine besonders aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Sie wohnt im selben Haus im Erdgeschoß und hilft mit Rat und Tat. Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Fotos.
