La Presentosa

La Presentosa is an independent accommodation with a nice living room, a breakfast nook, a bedroom (for two people) and a comfortable bathroom. It is located halfway between the beaches of the Adriatic Sea (Francavilla al Mare and Costa dei Trabocchi) and the green Maiella mountains. The flat is very close to the historic city of Chieti and only half an hour from the modern city of Pescara. The property is named after the typical Abruzzo jewel that the boyfriend used to give to his future wife.

Foraging walks, pizza making, wild cooking classes. Stunning views, fantastic walks, great tourist sites, charming little towns, best food in Italy!

Le spiagge più vicine sono a 15 minuti d'auto, San Salvo, Vasto, nelle vicinanze agriturismi e innumerevoli borghi fortificati, posti in cima delle colline circostanti. L'appartamento e' indipendente, la vista e' incantevole, i colori della natura variano a seconda delle stagioni, in giornate limpide si vedono le isole Tremiti. Adatto a coppie, famiglie, indicato per 2 persone ma si può stare anche in 4 o 5.

A beautiful Italian villa perched on a hillside overlooking the Adriatic , only five minutes walk to the sea, there is a lovely cove below the house which is perfect for a morning swim before breakfast. This charming house has stunning views of the famous trabocchi coast and is only one kilometer from San Vito Marina. We'd like to share our special house with you, we're lucky enough to own a lavender farm ,surrounded by amazing country views with the spectacular Maiella mountains in the background. We've rebuilt The Melograno House with original antique Abruzzo bricks and have created a retro house with a mix of old and new. We're close to the great towns of Vasto, Termoli and Lanciano with their clean and beautiful beaches , only a couple of hours away from Rome and 40 mins from Pescara airport.

Cosy original country house w/ porch, terrace, lawn and olive grove barely 5 mins away from Serramonacesca and San Liberatore a Majella. From here, you can go visit the beautiful surroundings, take a walk on the 'tratturo' (historical sheep track) right alongside our lawn, or go trekking/hiking/skiing/mtbiking/climbing in the Majella National Park or else get in 30 mins to the sunny adriatic shore...or you can also just wander through the country
