Beautiful mountain trails are on our doorstep, as is the ancient historic centre of Roseto, with its cosy bars, restaurants and traditional bakery. If you’re seeking a taste of the real Italy, you’ll fall in love here. The villa features spacious communal areas and peaceful nooks. Built with love and intention, it is bright and welcoming, with panoramic mountain views that shift beautifully throughout the day. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for cooking together, while the outdoor kitchen and BBQ area invite long, laughter-filled evenings under the stars. Special extras such as massage and beauty treatments, and yoga classes are available upon request. The private pool is the heart of summer life here - perfect for cooling off, sunbathing, and enjoying the peace of nature. The property also includes over an acre of land, plus a fitness room, a games room, and laundry facilities. Designed for comfort and flexibility, the villa accommodates 15 guests in standard configuration and up to 20 guests if people are happy to share rooms. We also have five very sweet hens.
