Villa Del Mar is located on the west coast of Croatia. The apartment is located in Ičići, 800 meters from the beach. It is fully equipped and consists of a living room with kitchen and dining room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (shower, toilet) and another separate toilet. The apartment is ideal for 6 people, 2 more people can sleep on the sofa bed. Bedrooms have balconies, living room has a large terrace with a table, seating area and a view of the sea. In the garden, guests have access to a gas grill, a hot tub, a table tennis table, darts, etc.

Apartment is located on the ground floor in the first row to the sea. It has two rooms with double beds, bathroom, kitchen + living room and large terrace. It's completely new and fully equipped (dish washer, laundry machine, air conditioning, WIFI). Parking is just behind the building. There is hotel next to the apartment where breakfast/lunch/dinner can be taken as well as sea water indoor pool (both food and pool for reasonable price - not included in the price of the apartment).

They are located in a historic building which was completely restored and equipped in 2021. They are a combination of historical architecture and contemporary design that captivates with its simplicity and charm. It contains 15 apartments decorated in neutral tones with modern furniture.
