The condo is fully stocked and super comfortable with highest quality bedding and linens including everything you should need to enjoy a world class vacation to America's most European city. Everything in the home is for the guests use and enjoyment. Available at all times during your stay to help with any and all questions/issues that you may have. I would also be happy to assist with any travel plans, restaurant reservations etc. prior to your arrival. Step out front and hop on The St. Charles Streetcar. Walk steps to the French Quarter in one direction and the Arts and Museum Districts in the other. World-class restaurants and nightlife abound nearby. No transportation necessary, walk everywhere. St Charles Streetcar, pedi cabs, uber for for leaving the area and sightseeing excursions.

Stylish Guesthouse in Historic Building near Audubon Park

The interior design and furnishing is modern, but accent walls and other features are constructed of original materials. The guest house has a full kitchen and includes a Keurig coffee maker with pods. The living room has a 55 inch TV and the bedroom has a 32 inch TV. The queen sized bed is a 12 inch memory foam mattress - very comfortable. The Guest House has central air and heat. The bathroom has a lovely glass tile shower. Ceiling height peaks at 13 feet. The Guest House is located in rear of the property. The neighborhood is very safe and the Guest House is particularly safe and secure. I live in the main house and will be available to assist with guest needs. The guesthouse is tucked away behind a gorgeous "shotgun" house and is located in one of the city's most desirable neighborhoods. An urban walker's paradise, it's steps from Magazine Street with its great restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. The Magazine Street bus is accessible steps from the Guest House. The St. Charles Street car line is a 10 minute walk down State Street. The neighborhood is quite walkable and bike friendly. Please take a look at my house manual. It has many tips for navigating the house and the neighborhood. There is plenty of free parking on the street but no off-street parking.
