Our Vintage Garden Studio Apartment, suitable for two people, is sunny, nicely furnished, fully equipped, with a large terrace lounge and a BBQ. Our guests have free use of bathroom essentials, towels,a hair dryer, an electric cooker, a kettle, a toaster and a lot of other smaller and bigger things that’ll contribute to make their holiday unique and memorable. The apartment is located at about 2 km from the city centre and about 4 km from the sea and beaches. It has free parking and free Wi-Fi.

Every apartment has coverred terrace with wonderfull garden in front and free parking.Pets are welcome.

U vrtu dostupni trampolin i dječiji park, krugu od 300 metara nalazi se dućan, pekara, i štand sa domaćim voćem i povrćem koji su otvoreni preko ljeta. 2km od Pule, 2km od Premanture , 3km od Medulina, 200 m od dva restorana i Pizzeria.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

Arena Golden Oldie Studio

Over a hundred years old, Golden Oldie house is situated only one block away from the Amphitheatre. Its interior has been completely renovated and refurbished in 2021. Centrally located, the house is only 5 - 10 minutes walking distance from bars, pubs and restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, banks, ATMs, green and fish markets and the harbour.

Naša kuća za odmor je jedinstveno mjesto u neposrednoj blizini Amfiteatra Arena. Smještena u sporednoj tihoj ulici sa zelenom privatnom oazom prepunom autohtonog bilja. Do prošle sezone iznajmljivali smo jedan manji dio kuće ,dok je od ove sezone 2024. godine naš smještaj renoviran i proširen kako bi bio veći i komotniji. Besplatan WiFI

Cozy studio apartment

Our cool and comfortable Studio comfortably fits two people. It is located on a quiet street, just a few minutes from the center of Premantura. It is possible for third person to stay in, but is an extra cost. Pets are allowed. It is payable and it costs 15 euro per day for one pet. Air conditioning/heating is payable, 10 euro per day.

New house built in the heart of Premantura just a few steps from the Natural Park Kamenjak which is known for both sandy and rocky beaches with amazing canyons. The house owns one parking place and if you have a friend with paws, of course that will be welcome!

This cozy apartment is located in the center of Premantura,but in the small and old street with no traffic. Peacefull, situated in the ground floor with a small yard. Price for pets is 5 euros/day- payable at the check-in.
