Air conditioning serves the entire apartment and private parking is available directly in front of the apartment. From the apartment, the centre of Premantura, the camping area of Stupice and the entrance to the natural park of Kamenjak are all just 10 mins by foot.

Our home is between Pula and Kamenjak i.e. 6 km distance to both so having the car is highly recommended! Our cool and comfortable one bedroom studio with exposed brick wall. It comfortably fits two people and is located on a quiet street, just few minutes from the center of Premantura. It is possible for third person to stay in, but is an extra cost. Pets are allowed. It is payable and it costs 15 euro per day for one pet. Air conditioning/heating is payable, 10 euro per day.
