Spacious apartment set within the lower ground floor of a large, detached Victorian villa in the heart of Hove. Walk through your own private entrance to a recently decorated apartment filled with antique French chandeliers, mirrors, kingsize bed, leather sofas and fluffy towels. Perfectly located, the beach and Hove lawns are seconds away at one end of this quiet, residential road. Hove's restaurants, bars and shops are at the other, from where buses to Brighton also run every few minutes .

Welcome to our beautiful retreat in the heart of Rural Sussex. This lovely self contained and fully equipped annexe is part of an 18th century barn conversion. Tucked away at the end of a private lane in the hamlet of Small Dole with uninterrupted views across the South Downs National Park, it's a perfect base for exploring the area. We're 30 minutes from Gatwick (parking and transport can be arranged) and Brighton, historic Arundel and glorious Goodwood are all within easy driving distance.

A small living area with sofa, chair and Digital TV (includes Amazon Prime), chest of drawers, hanging space, full length mirror etc. Fast Wi-Fi. 
Kitchenette with dining table to eat/work on, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge. Complimentary tea, coffee & sugar. The bathroom has a shower, basin & toilet, with a large mirror.

This secluded barn is a quirky unique space located the foot of the South Downs Country park. Placed on the crossroads of bridle/footpath. Bbq and secluded outside space, living area, wood burner. One bedroom, king size bed with a Hypnos premier mattress, tea/coffee etc., Short walk to pub where your dog is welcome. Idyllically situated down a quiet, magical lane, our oak-framed barn is surrounded by hills and woodland, with stunning views on all sides. There is instant access to beautiful countryside footpaths and bridleways. We are walking distance from a pub with a garden and good home-cooked food. Just an hour from London by train and 10 minutes drive from buzzy, cosmopolitan Brighton, we're also close to lots of pretty villages, lovely beaches, beautiful historic houses and gardens.

The Nook a welcoming 1 bedroom ensuite guest unit with free onsite parking

The Nook is a bright & well equipped double ensuite guest unit, with a separate private entry and off road parking for 1 car. The room has Wi-Fi, a King size bed, cotton bedding, new mattress & fluffy towels. The ensuite has a lovely electric shower with rain shower head. We provide a cool box with chilled water, milk, tea, coffee, porridge pots & biscuits. We are in a quiet, safe area. The seafront is a 5 minute walk and there's regular buses into town a minute walk away.

Our pod, tucked away near the Downs

Our timber clad garden pod is up-market glamping, with a view to the Downs. Close to Brighton, approached down a farm track, with a walk across fields to the village. On sunny days, open up the folding sliding doors and enjoy a drink on the decking. There are coffee and tea making facilities, but not for cooking. That’s why it’s only available for a few magical days at a time. (The wood burner pictured is not in use.) There is WiFi

A small but comfortable , cozy, clean space with an on suite that includes a shower. TV with amazon firestick that includes Netflix and wi fi. just 10minutes away from Brighton and Hove. the double sofa bed can accommodate 2 people and as long as you are happy with having a little less space for the night i won't charge you any extra for the second guest.
