Small perfectly formed Studio

Studio/Cabin with en-suite shower and toilet, kitchen with microwave, fridge, small oven, toaster, kettle, cups and plates provided. Freeview TV, bed linen and towels heating and hot water included. Off road parking with own access to studio, a two minute walk to beach, local shops and Hayling Island beach. Would suit walkers and cyclists to explore the area. Dog allowed. No smoking. A new 5 foot pullout sofa bed has now replaced the old 4 foot bed for a more comfortable, sleeping experience.

Atlas house is a stunning 15th century, grade II listed property located a stones throw from the beach in Old Portsmouth. The house has multiple roof terraces with 360 views. There is no shortage of things to do and places see locally. A 2 minute walk from the beach, 10 minutes from both Gunwharf Quays and the hover port where you can enjoy a day trip to the Isle of Wight. Beautiful and spacious Shepherd’s Hut with kitchenette, en-suite shower & toilet. 1 minute walk to Bracklesham Bay beach. Off-street parking on drive. Close to shops and cafes and a 5 minute drive to the beautiful sandy beach at West Wittering. Historic Chichester, the South Downs and Goodwood are a short drive. Warm and well-insulated with radiators for cold weather. TV with Netflix You can watch stunning sunsets on the beach and then come back to fall asleep to the sound of the waves.

Tiny home-garden cabin near Freshwater Bay

The Bird Hide is ideal for singles or couples (max 2 people) interested in exploring the local area with its own garden and separate access. A comfortable double bed, seating area and with it's own dining and inbuilt kitchen, it offers all you need for a short stay. It has a separate bathroom, as well as on outside decking area to catch the evening sun. The Bird Hide is 5 minutes walk from Freshwater Bay, even closer to footpaths to the Downs and the local village via the SSSI trail.

Bring the whole family (& the dog!) to this spacious, self-contained seafront apartment. A stone's throw from the beach & common with restaurants, outlet shopping & historical sites within walking distance. The property boasts 3 double bedrooms, 1 double sofa bed & 2 bathrooms. Enjoy the secure, private garden & garage. A single Z-bed is available on request (+£25 per stay). For extra space, we have a newly refurbished annexe at the end of the garden. Delightful boathouse overlooking Fishery Creek.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Comfortable lounge, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and shower room. Converted loft with kingsized mattress accessed by electric staircase, fully sprung kingsized sofa bed in lounge area. The deck includes BBQ, sunken seating area, fire pit, pontoon, and slipway for launching small boats, canoes, paddle boards and paddling. Its a great spot to watch visiting birds in Autumn/Winter. This is a pet free property and creek is tidal.

One bedroom house in Waterlooville. An ideal base.

This is my small one bed house which is ideal for exploring SE Hampshire & W Sussex. The new king size bed, lounge, kitchen & bathroom provide an ideal base, located in a quiet suburban location. There is excellent access to the A3M & A27, so Portsmouth, Petersfield, Chichester and the South Downs lie within easy reach. I have a nice garden and car bay for my visitors and include broadband and gas central heating which I hope will make your visit relaxing, convenient and enjoyable.

Character Victorian townhouse - conservation area

Comfy surroundings - creating a home from home with all you need for a cosy break. The owner is an interior designer and opulent fabrics combined with unique vintage finds have been carefully chosen to create a collected atmosphere. A unique house with bags of character inspired by the surroundings of bohemian Southsea with its laid back seaside vibes and quirky independent shops, bars and restaurants. We would prefer to host families or quieter guests.
