This beautiful newly built modern villa is located in peaceful area of Tivat, only few minutes driving from Tivat center, Porto Montenegro and Tivat airport. If you prefer walking, you can reach the town centre and Porto Montenegro in 20 minutes. If you like to enjoy the sea view/the sunsets, this place is for you. We have 3 options that you can book: •Villa Roc Blanc (whole villa) •Villa Roc Blanc ground floor (same level as the pool) •Villa Roc Blanc penthouse (apartment on the first floor)

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

Villa Feliz is recently renovated stone villa located just 30 meters from the beach in a tranquil area called Drazin Vrt, near Perast. The villa offers a amazing sea view and boasts a refreshing swimming pool for guests. It is perfect for larger groups or families, as it features 4 spacious bedrooms.
