La casa è molto accogliente, pulita e perfettamente accessoriata. È collocata in una zona molto silenziosa, di facile accesso e strategica per visitare i dintorni. Federica è stata tempestiva nelle comunicazioni e molto ospitale.

Carla was an excellent host, couldn’t have asked for more, our flight was delayed and we checked in very late, Carla was very welcoming and accommodating. The apartment was very well positioned for all of the top attractions and the lake was an easy 15mins walk away. Lazise is a beautiful town. Everything you could have needed provided in the house, warm, inviting and ultra close to the pool. Carla was very helpful and lovely and responded swiftly to any messages. I will definitely stay and recommend here again.

Federico ist ein absolut, superfreundlicher Vermieter. Sehr aufmerksam, nett und zuvorkommend. Meldete sich proaktiv um einfach zu fragen ob alles ok ist, Gastgeschenk bei Ankunft und zum Abschied- sehr nette Geste. Die Wohnung absolut sauber, hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Alles da was man braucht! Jederzeit gerne wieder und nur zu empfehlen.

Alloggio molto pulito, ci siamo trovati benissimo....peccato per il tempo che non ci ha fatto godere a pieno del bel terrazzino della casa!!! Silvia e' molto attenta alle necessità dei suoi ospiti e ti consiglia su posti e cosa da fare in zona. Grazie !

Ivano ist ein Top Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und flexibel. Die Wohnung war Tip Top und in super Lage. Man ist schnell am See und hat viele Möglichkeiten, in der Nähe etwas zu unternehmen. Alles, was man braucht ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar und es gibt eine kostenlosen Parkplatz gleich ums Eck. Ich würde wieder dort wohnen wollen, wenn ich in der Gegend bin.

This was truly an amazing place to stay — the location is perfect, just a short walk to all the beauty and charm of Sirmione. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What made the experience even more special was the host — incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. You can tell they really care about their guests. Definitely worth it — we’ll absolutely go back when we return to Sirmione!

Nice, clean and spacious apartment. Felt like at home. If you coming by car- no problem for parking at all. Felt very safe. A little bit far from old town, you need a transport.

Very nice and quiet place, with a beautiful view. Relaxing at the pool was awesome. The living room/kitchen is very cozy and had everything we needed. The location is a bit remote and the distances take a little longer to drive than we anticipated, but of course that is more a remark to myself for future plans :)

Tutto perfetto non potevamo chiedere di più. L’appuntamento molto bello e pulito e poi è 2 minuti di strada dal lago e non mi posso lamentare di ciò. Grazie mille per la bella esperienza! Sono soddisfatta!

Wir waren im Ende September als Familie in der Unterkunft mit direktem Zugang zum Gardasee. Es war ein Traum aufzuwachen und direkt den Gardasee von der Küche aus zu sehen. Der Garten war voll umzäunt und somit konnten wir zudem Keinen einfach spielen lassen. Die Küche und der Wohnbereich sind wunderschön möbliert und großzügig. Es war alles sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

The house is artisticly and so stylishly decorated. The host was responsive and kind for the help and local tips. ( Welcoming with champagne was something different😉) me and my friends experienced real Italian vibes at the house. Highly recommended!

Unser Aufenthalt mit Hund bei Loretta und Stefano war wirklich ein Traum! Stefano erwartete uns pünktlich am Treffpunkt um uns zum Tiefgaragenstellplatz zu führen, aufgrund der engen Gassen im Dorf übernahm er von dort aus unser Gepäck und brachte es sogar direkt in die Wohnung. Dort empfing uns auch Loretta sehr herzlich mitsamt einer Willkommensplatte (Käse, Trauben, Sekt) und zeigte uns alles. Auch für den ersten Morgen war bereits ein kleiner Vorrat im Kühlschrank sodass man ganz entspannt ankommen konnte. Die Wohnung entsprach vollständig der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Alles war gepflegt und sauber, die Küche war mit allem wesentlichen ausgestattet. Der Garten liegt 2min Fußweg von der Wohnung entfernt und ist eine wahre Ruhe-Oase: schön eingerichtet + Kochmöglichkeit + WC. Die Krönung war der inkludierte Brötchenservice jeden Morgen, welcher Sonntags durch Crossaints + Tiramisu ergänzt wurde! Wir haben uns wirklich rundum wohl gefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

host molto gentile e disponibile. letto e cuscini comodi, casa nuova e molto curata nei dettagli. posizione ottima e strategica.. si lascia la macchina nei parcheggi vicini e ci si sposta ovunque comodamente a piedi e centro storico a 400mt molto bello. colazione con prodotti artigianali e ricca, ti fa sentire a casa..l'host infine ci ha anche consigliato un ottimo ristorante. vengo spesso a carpi e adiacente al centro è il migliore che abbia trovato per rapporto qualità e prezzo. super consigliato.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Unterkunft war modern und sauber. Kaffee wurde am Morgen jeweils spendiert. Der Poolbereich mit den grossen Olivenbäumen war einfach traumhaft. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

We had the most amazing time at Villa Doda! The view from the balcony was stunning, the rooms were clean and tidy. We had exceptionally hot weather - nearly 40 degrees everyday. So the pool was like a bath! Francesco is an exceptional host, friendly, knowledgable and always available to help with recommendations for boat hire, bike hire, restaurants and general knowledge on the area. Maya the dog is also very friendly and a welcome addition to the holiday! Lake Garda is simply stunning and with Francesco's help we had an amazing 10 days here. Also the thunder storms are spectacular!! The villa is a 3 minute walk from the lake - which is like a bath also! The beaches are small and gravel/stoney so don't expect sandy beaches but it's a fantastic place to swim - my wife and I got up every morning for a dip and it was incredible. The pool at the villa is very big and clean. We can't speak highly enough of our stay and its host - we will be back for another visit as soon as we can

Tolle neue Unterkunft und sehr nette Gastgeber! Die 3 Wohnungen sind noch sehr neu, die Anlage und Pool sind toll. Wir hatten sehr gutes Wetter und die Unterkunft war einfach perfekt. Sehr ruhig gelegen, aber man kann zu Fuß zu allen Attraktionen. Lucia und Familie waren außergewöhnlich nett, aber dennoch sehr diskret. Wir waren mit unserer 1,5 Jahre alten Tochter dort, Babybett etc. wurde perfekt bereitgestellt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Vielen Dank, Lucia (und Familie), für den schönen Aufenthalt in den La Giara Rossa - Appartments. Wir waren Anfang Oktober in der Wohnung mit Aussicht auf den Pool, das Wetter war schon etwas kühler. Umso schöner ist es, wenn man trotzdem auf einer großen und überdachten Terrasse sitzen kann, um im Freien zu frühstücken oder lesen zu können. Und den Sonnenschein kann man natürlich wunderbar am Pool genießen. Bardolino mit seinen vielen Restaurants ist einfach zu erreichen, hin geht es locker bergab, zurück geht es dann etwas bergauf. Wir hatten Räder dabei, und mit dem E-Bike dann kein Problem. Das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, vor allem mit einem schönen großen Badezimmer! Schlafzimmer und Küche sind funktional ausgestattet, mit allem was man benötigt. Und wenn eine Frage auftritt, Lucia ist nebenan und schnell zu erreichen. Wir empfehlen Lucia als Gastgeberin sehr gerne weiter.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico nell'alloggio di Loretta a Sirmione. La casa era impeccabile, molto pulita e davvero accogliente. L'attenzione di Loretta si è dimostrata fin da subito con un graditissimo omaggio di Pasqua: un buon vino locale e dei biscottini deliziosi che ci hanno fatto sentire subito benvenuti. Le indicazioni per il check-in sono state estremamente chiare e precise, facilitando il nostro arrivo. Loretta è stata anche molto disponibile nel fornirci utili consigli su come raggiungere Sirmione con i mezzi pubblici. Grazie alla sua ospitalità, abbiamo goduto di una vacanza eccellente. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio e spero di tornarci presto :)

Lovely stay. Very good location with a 10 minute ish walk to the lake and 10min into padenghe. Check in was fairly easy with some YouTube videos to show you where the lockbox is and how to get in. The outdoor space is great and the pool fantastic! Thank you

Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern) hatten einen tollen Urlaub in Ninianes Apartment. Niniane hat von Beginn an super kommuniziert und uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Sie war total hilfsbereit und hat mehrfach gefragt, ob wir Unterstützung brauchen. Sie hat uns mit vielen gute Infos versorgt. Wir waren sehr glücklich über die gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, denn zu der Zeit war es sehr heiß. Besonders geliebt haben wir die ruhige Lage inmitten einer gesicherten Wohnsiedlung, den Balkon mit schönem Ausblick und vor allem den Swimmingpool! Die Bewohner der Anlage sind freundlich, aber zurückhaltend. Die Lage ist ideal - Altstadt, Hafen und Strand sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Das Wasser im See war uns aber zu warm, so dass wir meistens im Pool gebadet haben. Von Peschiera aus können viele interessante Tagesausflüge unternommen werden und Aquapark und Gardaland sind mit dem Auto in 10 min erreichbar! Sehr praktisch ist auch, dass der Bahnhof zu Fuß in 15-20 min erreichbar ist. Danke, liebe Nininane!

Unser erster Urlaub in Italien war ein voller Erfolg, dank unserer wunderbaren Gastgeberin Serena in Lazise am Gardasee! Von Anfang an fühlten wir uns herzlich aufgenommen und unterstützt. Serena hat uns nicht nur eine großzügige, familienfreundliche Wohnung zur Verfügung gestellt, sondern auch unsere Reise geplant und uns mit wertvollen Tipps und Empfehlungen versorgt. Ihre Priorität war immer die Sicherheit und das Wohlbefinden unserer Kinder, was uns ein Gefühl von Heimat und Geborgenheit gab. Ihre Restaurantempfehlungen waren immer ein Highlight! Als es dann auch noch durchgehend regnete, hat sie uns sogar angeboten, einen Tag länger kostenlos zu bleiben. Wir sind sehr dankbar für diese Erfahrung und freuen uns schon auf unser nächstes Abenteuer. Wir haben längst noch nicht alles gesehen. ❤️
