Spacious underground art suite/apartment in the sunlit basement of our 1926 bungalow in the lively SE Foster Powell Neighborhood. We partner with local artists to bring rotating artwork to the space. Enjoy a relaxing guest suite with a private entrance, parking and access to nearby food carts, restaurants, bars, galleries, and shops featuring local wares art & food. Our large (1,500sq ft) space (private access), has a bedroom, bathroom, living room w/ a fireplace, hot tub, full gym as well as a kitchenette w/ full sized fridge, keurig, microwave, air fryer, toaster oven, single burner, and laundry facility. Smart tvs, hammocks and a rooftop firepit are in the outdoor entertainment area. LGBT & BIPOC friendly. Gym, hot tub and laundry are shared with owners but guests have priority access. Close to Mt Hood Wilderness (45mins) & Downtown Portland (15mins).

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway on Vancouver Lake with a beautiful outdoor deck to enjoy the view. Enjoy the sunsets and the wildlife on the lake. Kayak, sail, paddle board, or canoe out your door. We have a six person barrel sauna available: fee. You will have access to our private pier & pickleball court. The ADU is above the garage with a private entrance, about 4 miles to downtown restaurants, parks, the waterfront, etc. House is on 1.5 acres. We have chickens & gardens.

Charming cottage apartment on a garden and forest hill. Next to the Willamette River, 30 mins from downtown Portland. Relax, and enjoy the quiet and peaceful surroundings. Fully stocked kitchen. Fast wifi at 50 Mbps. Cozy inside in the wintertime, also with a park-like setting with walking access down the lush backyard to the river where you can enjoy swimming, fishing, kayaking, and bird watching. You can use the shared recreation room with ping pong, pool table, shuffleboard, and weights.

Milwaukie Riverfront Guest House

Incredibly majestic river-front guest house. This is the ultimate romantic getaway and peaceful retreat. Large windows and double french doors look out on the Willamette river from the cottage living room and loft sleeping area. It includes a semi-private rocky beach, and a large manicured lawn with fire pit. Kayaks are available for use, and guests are welcome to bring their own too! The guesthouse has its own drive-way, and is completely separate from the main-house grounds for privacy.

The 2.3k sqft private space on the lower level of our home features a separate entrance and large windows with scenic views of greenery. Our family, including young children, lives upstairs, and we’ve added extra soundproofing for your comfort. You may occasionally hear faint footsteps or muted conversations during the day. The space is designed to be family-friendly, with fun activities for kids to enjoy. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you!

Tasteful and brand new guest house, beautiful neighborhood on the river. Guests have private deck facing yard and separate outdoor sitting area on the Willamette river (behind main house). Watch the birds, boats and riverboat cruise from the patio with fire pit. 2 miles from lightrail station, restaurants and shopping nearby and 15 mins. to downtown Portland. All are welcome! We are on the east side of the river, Milwaukie area.

Relax in this calm, stylish, non-smoking studio. Because of our allergies, it is an animal free listing. Allergy safe, smoke free. There is no smoking, vapping, dabbing, or loud noise permitted. This is a quiet place to unplug. Lay by the lake or under the tall trees. Watch eagles, herons, and wild life. Entering the lake is at your own risk. No lifeguards any where on lake.

Cozy Apartment with Great Outdoor Space

12-15 min from the Ridgefield Fairgrounds/amphitheater! You will love this convenient ground level apartment in the back half of our shop. It is 500 sq ft with a small bedroom and comfy queen bed. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room that could sleep one adult or 2 kids. The outside area is completely fenced, perfect for pets and children.
