This nicely decorated private suite is located in my home where I live full time, with a private entrance and off street parking for one vehicle. Parking is at your own risk. Deering Oaks Suite - ask about Canadian discount!

The suite is the second floor of an historic 1907 brick house, designed by John Calvin Stevens, and includes two bedrooms, a big living room (with sofa bed), little dining room, and a park view, but no kitchen. The front door is your private entrance and your driveway with no common spaces. At the end of the driveway is a spacious garden. It's next to a 54-acre historic park with a playground and wading pool. In good weather, there is sometimes a sizable group of homeless nearby by as well.
