The apartment has a full kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, Dolce Gusto and Italian-style espresso coffee maker, microwave, toaster, water heater, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, crockery and pans, pots, etc. The kitchen worktop ends in a table with enough space for four people and has 4 stools. In the living room there is a double wardrobe, a 90 cm wide single bed, and a 1.50 m wide double sofa bed, the TV and the air conditioning unit. From the living room you access the bathroom, the bedroom or the terrace. The bathroom has a washing machine, shower column, and hair dryer. The bedroom has a 1.80 m wide double bed, two bedside tables and a large closet with a mirrored door where the safe, iron and ironing board are located. The terrace is equipped with a table and a set of armchairs for four people. On the terrace there is also a closet with beach accesories, chairs, towels, umbrella and beach game for kids. The tender and the cleaning elements are also located on the terrace.

Apartaments plaça Europa, ideal per a parelles ...

Apartamento para entre dos y cuatro personas, con cocina americana muy bien equipada tanto en menaje como en electrodomésticos (tostadora, trituradora, exprimidor, nevera, lavadora, microondas, horno, cafetera, lavavajillas, etc.), salón-comedor con un sofá-cama, mesa comedor extensible y televisión, una habitación con cama doble, cómoda y un amplio armario ropero, terraza dividida en dos ambientes, uno con mesa y cuatro sillas, el otro con dos sillones de terraza de relax, y cuarto de baño con bidé, bañera y secador de pelo. Se ha decorado con cariño, intentando ofrecer un ambiente funcional y agradable al mismo tiempo. No se espera que el huésped limpie el apartamento, pero sí que limpie aquello de lo que haya hecho uso, en particular de la cocina.

Central in Salou, with pools overlooking the sea.

Central apartment with sea and mountain views, with restaurant and supermarket on the same block. Very bright with terrace and well equipped. Unique solarium in Salou on the rooftop, with 2 swimming pools and spectacular views to beach, mountain, PortAventuraWorld and Ferrariland. 360º view of Salou. Ideal for couples, business travelers, and families. The municipal park and 'boscaventura' are right next to the property for family activities. The beach and 'nightlife' just 2 minutes away.

Spectacular views on the sea front, terraces, pool

"Punta Xata" in its privileged position right on the seafront, has incredible sea views. The larger terrace is ideal for sunbathing, eating outside and enjoying the sunset. The smaller one is perfect for breakfast and watching the sunrise. The main bedroom is very romantic with a round bath for sharing and sea views. There is a quiet communal area, with a pool. Ideal for couples and families. Easy access to beaches in 2 minutes and the promenade in 15. Wi-Fi and private parking.

Apartamento para 6 personas a 5 min de Portaventura en coche y a 400m de la playa andando, dispone de dos habitaciones, una matrimonial con armario empotrado, y otra tipo camarote con un sofá cama, salón-comedor amplio con otro sofa cama, smart tv, WIFI, AIRE ACONDICIONADO, lavadora, plancha , cocina y baño completos, balcón con sofá chill-out, espacioso y soleado con bonitas vistas.Dos piscinas, parque infantil, jardines, mini golf, ping-pong, pista de basquet, futbol y frontón.

“Greenhouse” Ático con piscina y cerca de la playa

Ático tranquilo y en pleno centro de Salou. A 3’ andando de la playa. Con terraza y solarium privado con vistas panorámicas, perfecto para tomar el sol o ver el atardecer y disfrutar de un drink. Totalmente equipado con lo necesario (Barbacoa, Aire ac., toallas, ropa de cama, secador, plancha, cafetera Nespresso, termo agua caliente...) -Frente a pinedas, zonas de ocio, restaurantes, bares y transporte público. Bien comunicado, a 5’de Portaventura/Ferrariland/Caribe Aq. Parks.

Apartment in front beach with pool. Premium Zone

Fantastic apartment on the seafront, in a complex with Premium facilities. The house is very bright, recently renovated, and has all the amenities such as a 55 "TV with Smart TV, air conditioning and large terrace.The situation is exceptional, in an enclave with concierge, private security 24 hours, swimming pool with sunbeds and private parking included.The beach is 100 meters away, and in the surroundings you will enjoy all the possible services (Spa, wellness, Gym ..)
