Plenty of parking for a trailer for Bike Week! We are OPEN to accepting pets but please message before booking to discuss. The front yard has been completely re-landscaped with loads of upgrades! Fully stocked 1950's Bungalow, 75" TV with lots of streaming options, & most importantly 1 block from the beach in the heart of Daytona Beach Shores. Walk out the front door and you're 100 yards from the waters edge and a 3 minute walk from your local Starbucks. It doesn't get any better than this.

Samsula Cottage peaceful setting and relaxing

1926 Samsula cottage has a relaxed quiet beach feel. It is off highway 44 and ten minutes to the beach close to Daytona racing. The cottage sits on 10 acres room for bikes, and Rv’s. It can sleep 4. Pet friendly and there is an enclosed pet run or shed for bikes. Golfing and good restaurants are three minutes. DisneyWorld is one hour away. We have one bedroom with queen bed and one queen sleeper in the patio area. The space sleeps four. We are following cleaning guidelines recommended by Airbnb.

There’s room for trailers and or RV’s. 20 Plus restaurants within 1/4 mile. Worlds Most Famous Beach is 15 min away. A great safe area for kids. This unit is an upstairs FULL apartment that’s very spacious. If you have a pet please view our alternate unit Little Blessings. please keep inside/ outside noice respectable.

This home sleeps 8 comfortably with a king size bed in the master, full size guest room, and 2 twin beds in the 3rd bd , and bunk beds in the 4th bd. The mb has a large vanity and walk in shower. Gb has a single vanity with shower/bath combo. Yard with fire pit and weber grill. 3 smart TV's throughout.

An hour from Orlando and theme parks, 45 minutes to St. Augustine.
