5*Super host Apartment+terrace 8 min from Ramblas

My apartment is very bright with lots of sun and a splendid terrace with a table for 4 people for breakfast , or anything you want to do ... It is a perfect place to relax in an atmosphere of silence ... ( Sun shines 340 days a year ) jjjj The apartment is a penthouse 5th floor , but there is a lift We have 2 wonderful rooms : - A room with a large window (natural light and sun) direct access to the terrace + very comfortable double bed super comfortable , a wardrobe where you can store your clothes and belongings .... also air conditioning and central heating .. . - A living room with a super comfortable convertible sofa bed ... easy to open and fold !!! room have cable TV , air conditioning and central heating, beautiful wood table for 4 people ... the room has plenty of natural light and sunshine, with direct access to the terrace... ( super good ! !) - The bathroom is completely clean ,(super important for me and mi people) with shower and bath, toilet complete with everything you need ... of course be given a set of 2 towels for each of you ... - The kitchen is completely new ( newly renovated ) : has electric stove, oven, microwave , glasses, plates and everything you need to complete FULL EQUIP kithchen ... - whole apartment is very clean and well maintained ... On arrival I will explain anything you need on apartameto and Barcelona ... - We are conveniently located as to be the center of Barcelona apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood called Poble Sec ... - The location is perfect : We are : -10 Minutes walk from the Ramblas -15 Minutes walk from the sea -15 Minutes walk from Catalunya Paza -10 Minutes walk from the Olympic Stadium and magical sources -15 Minutes walk from Passeig de Gracia - 18 minutes walk from the Born every body who wants a nice, clean, sunny and well located place is well come --- The place is super quiet is perfect for relaxing enjoying ! BOHEMIAN PENTHOUSE DUPLEX

This gorgeous 90m2, bohemian duplex ONE BED apartment has amazing views over the entire city from the large plant -covered terrace. Walking distance from Las Ramblas. There is a bedroom with Queen sized bed downstairs beside a long balcony and another open-plan living area upstairs beside the terrace. There's a smart Tv, free wifi and washing machine and dryer. (please note: it's on the 6th floor and there's NO elevator).

Diviértete con toda la familia en este alojamiento con estilo. Dos habitaciones dobles, con camas dos de matrimonio. Dos baños privados y gran salón comedor. El apartamento dispone de una gran terraza de uso privado. Muy bien conectado y al lado de la fuente Mágica de Barcelona. Tasa turística a parte del precio por noche. Se deberá abonar en la entrada al apartamento.

Pleasant studio with a private terrace of 20m2

This is a cozy studio apartment in Barcelona with a private sunny terrace. The location is excellent: a 5 minute walk from the most visited monument in Barcelona, the Sagrada Familia. Free WiFi, A/C, centralized heating and international satellite TV. Our reception is located in the same building and it's open from 09:00 to 18:00, every day.

NICE PENTHOUSE IN SAGRADA FAMILIA

Fantastic, modern, centric penthouse with a luxurious terrace and views to the Sagrada Familia. There are 2 double beds and a big sofa-bed for 2 people (Totaling 6 people). Modern kitchen and bathroom, and nice light. Close to metros and buses and one block away from the Sagrada F.
