My apartment is very bright with lots of sun and a splendid terrace with a table for 4 people for breakfast , or anything you want to do ... It is a perfect place to relax in an atmosphere of silence ... ( Sun shines 340 days a year ) jjjj The apartment is a penthouse 5th floor , but there is a lift We have 2 wonderful rooms : - A room with a large window (natural light and sun) direct access to the terrace + very comfortable double bed super comfortable , a wardrobe where you can store your clothes and belongings .... also air conditioning and central heating .. . - A living room with a super comfortable convertible sofa bed ... easy to open and fold !!! room have cable TV , air conditioning and central heating, beautiful wood table for 4 people ... the room has plenty of natural light and sunshine, with direct access to the terrace... ( super good ! !) - The bathroom is completely clean ,(super important for me and mi people) with shower and bath, toilet complete with everything you need ... of course be given a set of 2 towels for each of you ... - The kitchen is completely new ( newly renovated ) : has electric stove, oven, microwave , glasses, plates and everything you need to complete FULL EQUIP kithchen ... - whole apartment is very clean and well maintained ... On arrival I will explain anything you need on apartameto and Barcelona ... - We are conveniently located as to be the center of Barcelona apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood called Poble Sec ... - The location is perfect : We are : -10 Minutes walk from the Ramblas -15 Minutes walk from the sea -15 Minutes walk from Catalunya Paza -10 Minutes walk from the Olympic Stadium and magical sources -15 Minutes walk from Passeig de Gracia - 18 minutes walk from the Born every body who wants a nice, clean, sunny and well located place is well come --- The place is super quiet is perfect for relaxing enjoying ! It will give you a bottle of wine or champagne on arrival Catalan ... BOHEMIAN PENTHOUSE DUPLEX

This gorgeous 90m2, bohemian duplex ONE BED apartment has amazing views over the entire city from the large plant -covered terrace. Walking distance from Las Ramblas. There is a bedroom with Queen sized bed downstairs beside a long balcony and another open-plan living area upstairs beside the terrace. There's a smart Tv, free wifi and washing machine and dryer. (please note: it's on the 6th floor and there's NO elevator).

Apartamento con mucho encanto y moderno de 65m2 y con capacidad max. de 4 personas. El piso esta ubicado en el corazón del animado y auténtico barrio del Poble Sec, muy conocido por sus restaurantes de pintxos y cafés. A sólo 15 minutos a pie de Las Ramblas, 5 minutos de Sant Antoni y Montjuíc. 2 Lineas de metro y varias lineas de autobús le permiten moverse en toda la ciudad de manera muy cómoda.
