A lovely apartment, in a quiet location but only a few minutes walk from the beach as well as shops and restaurants. Plenty of street parking available right outside and so perfect for us to use as a base for us to explore the island.

The apartment was fabulous. Spacious, clean, very well equipped - it literally had everything we could have wanted and needed. Location is perfect, next to lots of shores, bars, restaurants and the beach is across the road. Toni was extremely helpful and responded to questions very quickly - pretty much instantly. Toni provided suggestions for local restaurants and told us about local farmers markets. We are cyclists and there is even access to the garage to store our bikes, tools etc. We were very pleased with all aspects of the rental and we will definitely use it again when we are in the area. Highly recommended.

Mein Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft war sehr angenehm. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend – dieser hat immer schnell auf meine Nachrichten geantwortet und war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft selbst war sauber, gut ausgestattet und bot alles, was wir benötigten. Die Lage war ebenfalls ideal – in nur 10-15 Minuten waren wir in der Stadt. Alles in allem eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich definitiv weiterempfehlen kann!

The property matched the description exactly - it was extremely comfortable, with all the cooking/cleaning/entertainment/linen & towels amenities anyone could ever require. The property is a leisurely 10 minute walk from the centre of Puerto de Pollenca, most of it along the beachfront through a paved pine-tree lined promenade. There is free parking outside the property, which can be reached easily within an hour from Palma airport. Hiring a car, however, is not imperative, as the local bus station is no more than a 15 minute walk. There is a small (if somewhat expensive) mini-market directly outside the property, with bakery included. We stayed as a couple, so the property was not cheap - but, as a family of five could be comfortably accommodated, the pricing offered is both fair and realistic. Finally, being met at the property, as we were, and 'shown the ropes', was a great bonus, and helped start our holiday on a really positive note. Thank you!

Matthias und Martin waren alle Zeit für uns erreichbar. Die Kommunikation vor Ort verlief problemlos. Der Check in war sehr flexibel und unkompliziert gestaltet. Parkmöglichkeiten vor Ort waren super. Die Küche war standardmäßig mit Gewürzen und Wasser ausgestattet. Eine Waschmaschine und Trockner standen vor Ort gegen kleines Entgelt zur Verfügung. Badezimmer war sehr sauber, Handtücher wurden vor Ort ausreichend bereit gestellt. Eine dritte Freundin besuchte uns zwischenzeitlich für einige Tage, auch dies abzuklären und zu organisieren war kein Problem. Der Pool und die Außenanlagen waren der Hammer. Martin gab uns zahlreiche Tipps für Restaurants im Dorf sowie Trip und Ausflugsziele in Palma sowie in allen Hinmelsrichtungen auf der Insel.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt! Genís Mutter ist super herzlich, hat uns alles gezeigt & erklärt und sogar selbstgemachte Empanadas vorbeigebracht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Unterkunft ist wirklich schön, liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht – es hat an nichts gefehlt. Sa Pobla ist ein ruhiger und kaum touristischer Ort, aber mit sehr guten Restaurants, Cafés, Gym, Supermärkten etc. Die Lage ist vor allem für Fahrradfahrer perfekt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Wir waren 10 Tage in diesem Appartment und sind immer noch hin und weg. Die Kommunikation mit Christian und Marcus vor und während der Reise war einfach toll: Schnell, proaktiv und mit tollen Tipps - was will man mehr! Das Haus sieht in echt noch besser aus und der Blick ins Grüne bzw. auf das Meer hat uns immer wieder fasziniert. Bellavista und Betlem sind genaus das, was wir uns gewünscht haben. Ruhe, Natur, kein Massentourismus und gute Erreichbarkeit zu großen Supermärkten, Sehenswürdigkeiten usw. Im kleinen Supermarkt im Ort kann man gut frisches Brot und Croissants kaufen. Das Appartment ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Catalina und Juliàn sind super Gastgeber. Sie waren immer erreichbar und haben sich bei Fragen in kürzester Zeit gemeldet. Die Unterkunft ist schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Alle Geräte funktionieren einwandfrei. Es ist alles vor Ort, was zum Kochen, Grillen, Waschen etc. benötigt wird. Wir (6 Erwachsene + 1 Kind) haben uns in der Unterkunft wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt.

We had a wonderful time at Guillem's place and would love to come back next year. The place and bedding is clean, has all the basic bathroom and kitchen utensils, including some welcoming drinks. It has a lovely terrace, where we enjoyed our morning sun breakfasts, after which we would then headed to the beach which is less than 50m away. You can see the sea from the roof terrace. Some beach toys for the kids were also available. Guillem and his mother were very welcoming, flexible and communicative. A great stay overall!

Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub als Familie benötigt. Alles, was man braucht (Supermarkt, Cafés, Restaurants, Bäckerei) ist in Gehweite und der Ort ist auch in der absoluten Nebensaison nicht leer… Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist prima und die Kommunikation (auf deutsch) schnell und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

A wonderful week at Can Coa. The villa was spotless throughout. apart from the shower drains that needed cleaning out as a couple of the showers flooded. The kitchen is well stocked but some items such as washing up liquid, dishwashers tablets and bin bags had to be bought. The terraces outside and the pool area are great. Fantastic views of the mountains and town. However there are a lot of steps so be mindful if you have mobility issues. A small table and chairs outside the kitchen door would be useful. Josep was very helpful and quick to reply to any questions and Emilio the taxi driver from Mallorcabs was excellent. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Sehr schönes,sauberes Haus mit einem kleinen Innenhof und eine kleine Terrasse in der 1. Etage. 3 vollständige DZ im 1. OG. Klimaanlage und Heizungen funktionierten. Über Amazon Prime/Netlix auch deutsche Filme erhältlich. Kein Deutsches TV. Bei Nachfragen reagierte Jaqueline umgehend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betten waren bequem. Die Parksituation könnte in der Saison zum Problem werden. Die Straßen in der Altstadt sind sehr eng. Ein kleines Auto ist empfehlenswert.

Pani Margarita przesympatyczna i mega miła osoba. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce wszystkim którzy chcą zwiedzać wyspę a mieszkać w pięknym , spokojnym , klimatycznym domu. Na miejscu wszystko zgodne z opisem a nawet i lepsze. Znaczy na żywo lepiej to wygląda. Byliśmy grupą 5 osób. Są trzy sypialnie, dwie łazienki, patio, taras. Wieczorem po zwiedzaniu wyspy w ciszy i spokoju można z drineczkiem zasiąść na leżaku i delektować się ciszą i klimatem. Mógłbym długo tak zachwalać ale zakończę moją opinię taki naszym Polskim powiedzeniem. "Z ręką na sercu polecam to miejsce"

This was our 2nd stay at Corinna's. We loved it so much the first time that it was the obvious home-base for our 2nd Mallorca cycling trip. Selva itself is very special - beautiful, peaceful, and great restaurants. And Corinna's place is the perfect place to stay. It's a beautiful building, with lovely outdoor spaces to hang out, a well-furnished and spacious kitchen, and great bedrooms, bathrooms and living spaces. I had my bests sleeps of 2024 in the master bedroom! Corinna is very helpful and friendly, and responds quickly if you need help with anything. Highly highly recommended!

Talo oli tosi tilava. Piha oli kaunis ja hyväkuntoinen. Uima-allas oli luksusta ja teki lomaviikostamme erittäin mukavan, kun sai joka päivä virkistäytyä altaalla. Ruuanlaitto monelle henkilölle sujui hyvin, vaikka astiat ja keittiövälineet voisivat olla vähän parempia. Vettä kannattaa ostaa paljon kaupasta.

We enjoyed 4 nights in Chad's gorgeous apartment. The apartment had everything required and was a great space. The ground floor meant we had access to the patio and swimming pool.

Leiligheten lå sentralt til. Stor og velutstyrt, deilig med frokost i morgensolen på den store terrassen. Vertskapet svarte raskt på henvendelser. Takk for en fin uke.

L’appartement est impeccable et conforme à l’annonce. L’immeuble est calme, facile d’accès et bien sécurisé. Luis est super hôte, réactif et plein de bon conseil. Je recommande sans hésité !

Wir waren sehr Begeistert von der Unterkunft und dem gesamten Areal. In privater und gemütlicher Atmosphäre haben wir eine wunderschöne Zeit verbracht. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder! Sehr Freundliches Personal, und dank den regelmäßigen Reinigungen auch immer ein sauberes Apartment sowie Handtücher etc.

Xisco ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, immer kurzfristig erreichbar und hilft wo er kann. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, und alles war sehr sauber. Sie war sehr gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht (genügend Handtücher, mehrere Rollen Toilettenpapier, Spülmittel, Waschpulver, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett etc.). Da über die Satellitenanlage kein deutsches Fernsehprogramm zu empfangen war, hat Xisco auf unsere Anfrage hin extra ein Chromecast-Gerät für die Wohnung neu gekauft. Hiermit konnten wir dann deutsches Programm streamen. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in einem Wohngebiet und ist nur ca. 200 m vom Strand entfernt. Zum Supermarkt sind es fußläufig auch nur 5-10 Minuten. Der Balkon ist größer als es das Foto vermuten lässt liegt aber tagsüber nur um Schatten. Im heißen Sommer dürfte dies aber von Vorteil sein.... Vielen Dank Xisco

It is the best accommodation we have ever booked!!! We spent at Maria's place 4 nights with may husband and 2 teenagers. Location is perfect with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants nearby and just a few meters from the sea. The apartment is big enough with 3 bedrooms, one huge living room, 2 bathrooms, kitchen one big comfy terrace and one huge roof top terrace. View to the sea is amazing, I could sit there for hours just starring at the sea and mountains. Communication with Maria was super fast, she gave us clear instructions how to get into the apartment. The apartment has a private parking place which was a big advantage. We definitely will return to this place.

we were there for over a week with a 2yo kid. great place - in our opinion better than in the first sea line - much quieter, without walkers. close to Pine Walk, very comfortable apartment with two bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. very functional kitchen and spacious living room - but we used the very large terrace the most, where we rested after the day and ate meals. nice addition was the beach toys for children - we also left some for the next guests. communication was clear and fast. check-in and check-out without problems. a very nice gesture was a bottle of water, a few nespresso capsules and a bottle of wine to welcome. we sincerely recommend and will probably come back if we plan to stay in Port de Pollença.
