Art Apartment SMN

Splendid apartment just finished renovating (March 2023) In an extraordinary position, 200 meters from the station, 10 min walk from the cathedral and all the main monuments. On the fourth floor with lift it consists of an entrance with living room and kitchen, two double bedrooms with king size beds, bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there is an office and another bedroom with a double sofa bed, bathroom with shower and small terrace on the roofs. Wifi, AC and heating make it perfect.

This historic apartment is in the heart of Florence near Piazza Sant'Ambrogio, the Synagogue, a 10 min walk to the Duomo, Santa Croce and museums but in a classic quiet neighborhood filled with restaurants and a famous open market. Having been renovated recently, this place maintains its original features, while providing the guests with the latest modern comforts, and all the conveniences. Located on the second floor with elevator, 900 meters from the central train station of Santa Maria Novella, near the ancient Medici station "Leopolda" of Porta al Prato, and the Cascine Park, it is conveniently connected to all points of interests, and landmarks in Florence.

L'appartamento si trova nella nuova zona residenziale di Firenze collegata al centro storico in 10 minuti con la linea T2 della tramvia. La stessa vi collega all'aereoporto in 5 minuti. L'appartamento è completamente ristrutturato. Dotato di tutti i comfort. Vi e’ un ingresso con soggiorno- cucina molto luminoso grazie ad un balcone spazioso. This brand new apartment is best located in via Cimatori, corner with Signoria square. 2 minutes walk from uffizi gallery , 3 mins from the Duomo square. 75 sqm , 2 BDR ( 1 KING SIZE bed and 1 DOUBLE BED ) 1 full bathroom with shower and services and 1 with toilet and washer. Suitable up to 5 people ( extra sigle bed foldable for the 5th person placed in the living room.). 3rd floor with modern elevator ( no steps to walk at all! ) . Silent, stylish, cosy!
