Great weekend river getaway!

Relax and unwind with the whole family at this peaceful camp located on the Tangipahoa River. Enjoy fishing off the dock (some poles and tackle are available) or the view from the top deck. Unfortunately, we do not allow swimming off the dock. Bring your boat and launch at Lee’s Landing (few minutes away) to take your fishing adventure from the dock to the banks! We also have two Roku TVs with 50+ channels and ability to log in to any of your streaming services.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. The house is a two minute drive just off i-55 and a three minute drive to downtown Ponchatoula. You can be at the Hammond Square shopping center in appox. 10 minutes and into downtown Hammond or SLU in less than 15 minutes. It's a nice cozy place to stay to reach many venues in the area. Welcome to "Bitsy," an itsy-bitsy cabin located in Ponchatoula, Louisiana. She is a 72 square foot one room tiny cabin that contains all the comforts one would expect for a great night's stay. For two guests, you'll find the coziest queen bed and a rain shower in a rustic tub. Our quaint little nature cranny is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee.
