Excellent location in Fowey with parking

Cedar lodge is a detached modern property, located up behind the main house, nestled in a semi-walled garden with a private patio area which enjoys a southerly aspect. Bi-fold doors lead into an open plan living room with a modern fitted kitchen. A sliding door leads to a bedroom with an en-suite shower room. There are heaters in the lounge and bedroom and heated towel rail in the shower room. A parking space is at the bottom of the path leading up to the property approximately 50 meters away.

Seashells is an end of terrace cottage, overlooking the harbour, and situated in the heart of the pretty village of Polruan. The cottage has been lovingly renovated by the present owners. It is ideally placed for exploring the area, as well as visiting nearby landmarks such as the Eden Project. The cottage is dog friendly and is equipped so that they too can enjoy their stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven and microwave. The washing machine is located in the outhouse in the garden!

The cottage sleeps up to four in three bedrooms - the main with king-sized bed and ensuite.

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

Pepper Pot is a smart dinky bolthole, perfect for two, with direct water access down steps to the sea. There is a terrace and a large window seat with panoramic views of Fowey Harbour. Hop on the Polruan Ferry to Fowey for lots of good places to eat or visit one of the two local pubs only 5 minutes walk away. There is a kitchenette perfect for rustling up meals and a king size bed. Paddle boards and kayaks are available for guests and there is a mooring available if required.

The Lobster Pot - Stylish apartment in Fowey

The Lobster Pot is a newly renovated apartment set in the historic centre of Fowey. The property which is situated in Bull Hill is accessed via steps leading to a pedestrian pathway that sits above Fore Street. Discount will be applied for a stay of 7 or more days. Pubs, restaurants and quays are all within a couple of minutes walk. Readymoney Beach is a short stroll away and there are many beautiful coastal walks nearby. No pets are allowed.
