The conservatory allows light to flood into the kitchen and breakfast area which flows through to the spacious living/dining room. Located in Polruan, there are fantastic walks on the doorstep with the southwest coast path easily accessible and the Polruan Ferry is a great way to visit the nearby town of Fowey.

The flat is a one minute walk from the main carpark where you can jump on the local town bus or a five minute walk down the the hill to the main high street! The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven and microwave. The washing machine is located in the outhouse in the garden!
